AS I STATED YOUR UNIT #9000 WHICH I LIVED IN NOT YOU AS YOU ARE IN THE UK IS APPALLING AND UNACCEPTABLE, YET YOU ARE DEFENDING IT. SHAME ON YOU! I PAID $1,400 US DOLLARS MONEY I SAVED AND A VACATION I LOOKED FORWARD TO ONLY TO BE UNEXPECTEDLY DISTRESSED. I CHANGED MY REVIEW RTING FROM A 2 STAR TO A 1 STAR, ACTUALLY YOU DESERVE A ZERO STAR. THE UNIT WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED, IT IS DIRTY, FULL OF ODORS, IN NEED OF CLUTTER REMOVAL AND RENOVATION. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR CLIENT OWNER #9000.

We booked a 2 bedroom London apartment. I wasn't sure what to expect as we usually stay in a hotel or with relatives. The apartment was clean and comfortable, looked exactly as advertised and was close to all amenities. I will certainly book an apartment again and will book through this company.

I don't normally take the time to post a review, however I feel it would be wrong not to. This was my first time booking an apartment rather than going for a hotel and it won't be my last. It was great to see Barcelona at my own speed in such a clean well appointed apartment. Everything aspect worked so smoothly.... Thank you I will be using you again!

2 Apartments cancelled TWICE prior to our holiday. Upon their recommendation and what was left with only 6 weeks to go until our trip we booked the Prince Charles (accepted confirmation by Loving Apartments)..

5 of us arrived in Amsterdam on 25/07 and the Prince Charles and our booking was nowhere to be found, the property hadn't been advertised as available for 6 months!
Homeless and forced to find an apartment way out of Centraal (3 beds) and incurred late fees, cleaning fees, taxi charges, phone charges and wasted our first day calling various people to get us moved.
Finally moved to a suitable apartment but holiday was tainted and friends out of pocket due to all the extras we were forced to pay..

In a nutshell an absolute nightmare. Complaint sent to Loving Apartments, will amend this review if we are compensated.

I have not travelled yet. However, so far the web page reservation system is very useful! Hope the apartment will be as nice as it looks on the pictures!

WE RENT A APARTMENT IN PARIS NEAR CHAMPS ELYSEES VIA LOVING APARTMENT, BUT WE GOT A VERY POOR SERVICE. WE HAD SIX PERSONS STAYED 4 NIGHTS ! THE APARTMENT OFFERED 3 BEDROOMS AND ONE OPEN BEDROOM IN THE BASEMENT, TOTAL TWO WASHROOMS, HOWEVER THE MANAGEMENT ONLY PROVIDE ONE AND A HALF ROLL TOILET PAPER, TWO SMALL PLASTIC BAGS FOR THE RUBBISH. NO WASHING POWER, NO HAIR DRYER.. BASICALLY, THEY PROVIDE NOTHING..
ONE WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM WAS BROKEN, THE BASEMENT TOILET WASH BASIN WAS LEAK. WE HAD INFORMED THE MANAGEMENT, BUT THEY DO NOTHING. NO SUPERMARKET NEAR THE APARTMENT, SO WE CANNOT BUY THE TOILET PAPER, WASHING POWER. ONLY ONE THING WAS GOOD - THAT WAS THE LOCATION VERY CONVENIENCED, THE METRO JUST OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE APARTMENT.
THE LAST... FIRST TIME WE NEEDS TAKE OUT ALL THE BED SHEETS TO MAKE IT TIDY BEFORE WE ARE LEAVING THE APARTMENT.

I booked last year for my kids and went to london and was excellent, my sister in law went also to europe last year and I told her about this site, she went with the entire family and grandkids and everything was impecable, they got a very nice townhouse in london. this year we are going to 4 countries and we are booking everything with loving apartements. you save the hassles of going to different sites, their maps and apartment locations are very easy to understand and access.

Using the Loving Apartments site was a breath of fresh air. Everything I wanted to know was right there - map, local attractions, other nearby apartments I might also be interested in, prices, conditions, and best of all, a live calender that is actually current!

If the greeter system is anything like the website I don't think I'll be using a hotel ever again.

Just back from a week in Provence staying in Gordes at a house booked through Loving Apartments. Very impressed with the service we received and check in and out at the house was very simple....there was even a complimentary bottle of wine from the owner! The house was in a fantastic location and perfect for exploring the area or simply relaxing by the pool. Would definitely use Loving Apartments again as very impressed with the service received

I have now stayed in several apartments through Loving Apartments in Barcelona. The service has always been excellent and the apartments have been as advertised - clean, smart, stylish and well located.

I have recommended them to friends and business contacts and would have no hesitation in using them again in future.

Just back from Barcelona, stayed at the apartment Republica #2 - really nice, stylish. Had a few questions about the location, answered by email really quickly, then booked online no problems. Clear simple check in, all went well. Will be back soon.

I have experienced exceptional service with LovingApartments with a great holiday. I stayed in a beautiful apartment as advertised on the website. I found it easy to book and utilize their services. I use them in the future and highly recommend them!!!

Quite disappointing that the following happened:

- we were given the incorrect address which resulted in a friend (who arrived separately) literally wandering the streets of Amsterdam trying to find the apartment late at night
- no wifi, despite this being advertised, resulting in us all spending a small fortune on data roaming charges
- no access to either outside space (balcony or terrace) despite both being advertised on the property description (and still being advertised too)
- they tried to provide only one key to be shared between 7 people - not very useful
- no instructions / guidance / local information provided at all in the apartment
- water in the building turned off for several hours on the Saturday morning resulting in us losing several hours of 'getting ready to go out' time. Annoyingly we found out from the lady upstairs, rather than from Loving Apartments

Really disappointing experience with minimal communication from Loving Apartments, so would strongly recommend you confirm with them before booking that everything in your chosen apartment is available as advertised.

I used Loving Apartments to back a three day stag party in Prague which we returned on the weekend. The whole package in my opinion was great.
Once I found an apartment which I liked I was unsure if it was suitable for stag parties, so emailed them and responded within minutes so was able to use on line booking which again compared to other companies I found easy.
Once booked when ever I had a question they always found out the answer and responded promptly. They even booked my taxi transfer who was on time at the airport.
The apartment was as described, we stayed at Lesicku #5 in Prague 5 which was walking distance to alot of bars, Tesco express and tram/ taxi services.
Really happy with them and will use again.
For 7 blokes on a messy stag it couldn't of gone any better.

Due to a very late cancallation by another company we felt short of a large flat in Madrid two days before arrival, but Loving Apartments "delivered" within minutes with a easy to understand webreservation form, which answered all questions

This website provides really good information about different places to stay while you're travelling around the world. They also offer a very good searcher where you can put in dates, places, minutes from the center, etc. The prices are all good and seem very well related with the places you'll stay. It's perfect for travelling with friends or family, and in a non very expensive way.

I have just celebrated my 30th birthday in style in a beautiful 'loving apartment'. Easy to book, all the information required, great value for money and the house was exactly as described-no issues nor surprises, in fact the house was even more spectacular than I had imagined!! Our hosts even allowed us to keep our bags in the house after check out for the day! I won't hesitate in recommending this Company as I simply cannot fault them:)

I had an excellent experience dealing with Loving Apartments. I came across an alternative site leasing out the same apartment for a lower price for the same dates. Loving Apartments (a bigger, and more reputable company online) agreed to match the price immediately.
Loving Apartments really do assist potential clients like myself with great attention, and will answer any question pertaining to the holiday rental very quickly.

We Stayed 2 adults and 2 teenagers at Camden 120, The apartment was pretty much as described on the webpage. We were more than satisfied with Loving Apartment and their handling of our booking. Just remember to book you aparment immediatly after your request has ben confirmed, They dont hold it for you. The area wasgreat to live in and we enjoyed ourself tremendously. Lucky for us we brought ear protection since one of the bedrooms faces the street which wase VERY noisy, But off course you cant expext complete silence in the middle of London.

I will absolutely book my next "city Break" with loving apartments!
