I ordered a crystal ball ornament that was advertised as displaying photos and videos. The item received does not do this.

Customer service replies with copy-paste messages, refuses a full refund, and keeps offering small “compensation” amounts instead. They also refuse to provide a warehouse address or proper return details.

This looks like a classic refund-avoidance scam. Proceed with caution.

They sent 2 glass Christmas balls (for video) in 2 flimsy thin carton boxes with plastic wrapper. You can guess it. 1 is broken, the other almost good, but not working. With shipping $68. What do they offer: $7 refund. Then $12, then $20. No more. They don't care. Bad, very bad. Skip the word "loyal" from your name, ASAP!

Shame on me for being fooled. Total scam! Not able to log into my account and when I checked my email for the reciept it just said "Congrats! You finished your order!"....also shame on Trust pilot as the positive reviews they have a clearly fake. The two from Oct 2024 both started with "Snagged" and that the "packaging was solid"

Ordered knife sharpener that never showed up, contacted company and told it was delivered in or near mailbox, then told I could try and track it down with postal service or check with my neighbors. NOT MY JOB! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU! BEWARE!!!

This company sold me 13 translation ear phone for a total of $130.00 for Christmas. They sent them to me a month after the holiday and they were not translation. They offered me $13.00 total refund and recently $26.00. Told me they sent the correct item, no they didn’t. We have went back and forth. COMPLETE SCAM!! Save your money, they do not care and they will not make their error right. Now they say I can return them at my cost but not a full refund, BS. Buyer Beware!!
