⚠️ WARNING: Possible misleading online store – Lozenda Fashion

I ordered a gift from Lozenda Fashion, who claim to be based in the Netherlands. After payment, I received emails saying my parcel is “on the way”, but for more than 5 days the tracking has not updated at all.

The tracking link provided does not show a real courier (no DHL, PostNL, etc.) and appears to be a generic or fake tracking page. When I contact the company, I only receive vague responses and no clear proof that the parcel has actually been shipped.

This raises serious concerns:

No valid courier tracking details

Repeated “in transit” messages with no movement

Lack of transparency about shipping

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this website until they can provide proper, verifiable shipping information.

I am currently considering a chargeback due to non-delivery.

If anyone else has had a similar experience, please share.
Again. I got the same email this morning, attached, with the exact same information as the past 5 days. Which shows that the parcel was in fact not sent from the 30th to the 4th. Still. No clear tracking information from the "so called" courier company. Fraudelent i suspect. I sent them emails requesting clear info and this is what i got...
I will proceed to my bank with a reverse payment request if they do not come back to me with REAL detail.
This company knows the exact problem here but fail to accept responsibilty for:
1. Claiming they are in the netherlands;
2. Not giving clear shipping info;
3. No replies as to request for info;
4. No clear address or owner information for them;
5. Business supposedly only started Jan 2026;
6. No real reviews;

I don't recommend them

I don't recommend them. SCAMMERS. I was scammed. Don't be fooled by the photos they use. They use photos from another company to sell them. The jacket I bought is completely different from the one in the picture. The quality is terrible, transparent, and the fur, which was supposed to be fluffy and white, turned out to be dark beige and curly. Their policies are absurd and illegal, and as it turns out, the company is in China. The jacket was supposed to be delivered to me within 3-5 business days, but I received it after 12 days. They told me to send the jacket back to China. The shipping cost would be £27, and they would refund me if the package arrived undamaged. The ladies at the post office advised me against sending it, saying I would definitely not get my money back. When I refused to send it back, they offered me only a 10% refund, even though the jacket cost me £59.95. As a result, they offered me a ridiculous 30% discount. The jacket went to the moneyless. For the first time in my life, I fell victim to fraud and lost my money.

Quality matches price

Quality matches price, reasonable delivery time, I got a different color by accident - but can live with it, and got a coupon as compensation.

I've been really getting sick of the…

I've been really getting sick of the wave of legit looking stores, only to find out that it's operated by some sketchy Hong Kong company - I was happy that's not the case here, so I ordered a nice looking cardigan.

Upon receiving my package, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a small extra gift - apparently I was their 2000th order, so they added something sweet and a hefty discount coupon for the next purchase. Needless to say, I'll be happy to be back!

Love The Jacket!

When you manage to snatch a jacket at 50% off, you know you're already having a great day. But when it comes, and the pink is such a beautiful shade, and you're warm like a kitten wrapped in a blanket, that's just the icing on the cake!

Avoid This Company – Scam Alert
Before placing an order, I researched the company and saw they were based in the Netherlands, which gave me some confidence. I ordered one jacket, but they dispatched two and charged me for both. I immediately contacted them to report the error, and they responded that it was too late—the items had already been shipped. I informed them I would return one upon receipt, and they did not indicate that this would be a problem.
However, when the package arrived, it was clear that I had not received jackets at all. Instead, I received two very cheap cardigans that looked nothing like what I had ordered. That’s when I realized I was dealing with a scam operation based in China.
They told me I would need to return the items at my own expense and initially offered a 10% refund. I declined. They then offered 30%, which I also rejected. This was their mistake—they sent the wrong items—and yet they insisted they were correct.
After several frustrating emails with no resolution, I opened a dispute through PayPal. Thankfully, I had paid via PayPal. Within 24 hours, the case was assigned to me, and a refund of £101 is now being processed.
Stay away from this site. It’s a scam.
