International express shipping ordered from Germany whit UPS, LP express is the Lituanian partner, the delivery day nothing show up, we called and they say that the courier need a Lithuanian number to complete delivery( that was not specified anywhere, the shipping had my not Lithuanian number specified). After that evry day we get a message that say that WE ASKED (that is absolutely not true) to posticipate the delivery. The package is in klaipeda in a LP facility, we ask many times if we can go our self to pick up the package, evry time they say no and that we can’t pick up our self. the package is still not delivered, people that answer at telephone is useless, they say they can’t help us, don’t know why the package is not arrived yet and the reason why the package is not delivered is because some lazy delivery guy that don’t want drive to use and some storage manager in klaipeda that don’t follow up and do his job, a 75 euro express delivery that need over a week to be delivered and they also refuse to let us to pick up.
Bad by them and also UPS that doesn’t follow the partner

This is a budget service with budget quality.

It's good enough for daily use, but they can waste a lot of time by doing little things, like preparing delivering 3 parcels one a a time (one in the morning, one in the evening and one the next day) or delivering them into 3 different locations.

Kilka razy miałem do czynienia z firmą, niestetu nie robią dostawy do domu, mimo to, że taka opcja była wybierana podczas zamówień. Paczki musiałem odbierać w różnych dzielnicach. Widocznie po prostu zostawiają w dowolnych, wygodnych dla nich punktach odbiorczych nie zważając na adres podany przez konsumenta. I dzisiaj znowu dostałem wiadomość że paczka jest w jednym z punktów odbiorczych.

They never deliver to hime address. Free times I ordered home delivery and payed doubl the price so my parents do not have to go long distances and carry the items. All three times they delivered into the lockers miles away. Contacted them but no response so far.

I was home waiting for an important delivery. Suddenly I received a text that according to them they couldn't find me home and that I have to go to yet a different website from their tracking website and fill out a form for re-delivery. That link couldn't find my tracking number. This courier is a mess of highest order - avoid it if you can.
