They prioritised they’re own new dress over my samples and customers dresses
2 they infinite you when you ring
3 the lie about the delivery times
I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for this brides dress always get it will be here next week
4 all they want is your money
5 the customer service is disgusting
6 you have to QC your own dresses
7 shop looks like a jumble sale l, dresses everywhere
Health and safety needs to look this state of it
8 they sell to trade as well as the public
9 promise you everything deliver nothing
10 I’ll be filing for court to get my money back
11 steer clear at all cost
