Product was as described and in good condition on delivery. Delivery update post ordering could have been better but overall product arrived within expected timeframe. Carriers driver inexperienced but we got there in the end.

Super quick delivery and a fantastic price. We live in a difficult place for large vehicles but the delivery driver was well prepared with a motorised pallet mover so it wasn’t a problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

Ordered 7 samples but only 3 arrived, all at different times in different packages. Then I was randomly given a refund for 3 of the samples. No communication from them. Definitely living up to their name, LSD

Good helpful people-

I placed an order for sandstone walling which was delivered promptly although unfortunately a large number of the tiles were broken. I contacted LSD and sent photos and replacement packs were despatched and received by me in Scotland within the week so very impressive service from LSD and Bradstone. My landscaper was also impressed and said he would definitely use them in the future

I disliked the fact that 1 they did not inform me before trying to deliver. 2 they told me that they did not have a small enough wagon to get on our street with a tail-lift that could handle the weight. 3 when the delivery driver phoned to ask where he was to drop them I directed him where to go when he got there he took one look at the street and said he could get on there easily and he did, the driver was great and very helpful but the firm who delivered should do more research and listen to the people who live in the area. Thanks anyway Rant over.
