Wanted to do a review of our account on pay day which caused us to miss payroll and went out of business. Scam.

Our company has worked with LSQ Funding since 2008. They have been supportive through both the good times and the challenging times. Throughout our 12 year relationship, our account management team has always been responsive. If a company is exploring factoring, we would definitely recommend working with LSQ Funding.

Nice online platform.

Michael and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Our funding comes in a timely manner and we love how easy it is to navigate around the dashboard.

This company provides accounts receivable financing in an honest and transparent fashion. They have friendly employees who will take pride in doing their jobs well. One of the most important attributes for a company in this business is dependability, and LSQ is very dependable.

We have been with LSQ for the past 4 month. Our business has skyrocket because we have been able to fund our operation every time.

Web platform easy to use and clear. Good reactivity to release the funds when available. Sometimes it can take a long time to validate the eligibility of some invoices/customers.

Customer service is not good. We moved from a bank to LSQ factoring and it looks like a big mistake so far.
Money is not transfer on time and response time is very slow. in addition to the fact that it is more expensive (which we knew), but expected better service for such price.

The shift to LSQ has been a nightmare for our accounting teams. We pay for AR services from LSQ, yet we don't spend any less time performing AR functions. When a company makes a switch to a new supplier and it costs more and takes just as much or more time, and the service from LSQ is slower than the previous source of funds, that's not a good move for a company. I hope that some reads this message, takes it to heart and actually does something to improve LSQ's service. Some of our team has worked with LSQ in the past and now again, and they say that LSQ is as bad today as they were in the past. How about just doing what you say you will, do it on time and do it correctly?

Great company, great people!! Extremely easy to work with everyday. Their professionalism and more important integrity is just amazing.

Started out decent. Moving a few years in, things got stupid. Purchasing invoices but only funding minimal amounts. All that accomplished is keeping us from using a backup service. More and more ineligible invoices etc. Wont fund without proof of shipping. If something goes weird then the equipment has shipped, we are out money or waiting.

Recently LSQ allowed one of our customers to issue themselves a credit. We notified LSQ AHEAD OF TIME this was not legitimate and not authorized. Didnt matter, LSQ gave them the credit.

What was the result? It erased all of our reserves, marked the customer paid in full AND are telling us we have to pay to zero the balance.

All in writing. They cant deny this fraudulent behavior.

LSQ has been easy to work with and willing to accommodate our requests in a timely manner! They facilitated our cash flow and were very reliable!

Straightforward, no hassle invoice factoring. The reporting system is awesome and the accounts team is very responsive and available. I'm blessed to have found LSQ as they are very big part of our success!

Overall we are really happy with LSQ and has been of great help to grow the company, we would not have been able to do so without their support.

Being this said there’s a few things I think are not fair and/or need to be addressed in order for LSQ to be a long term option for many companies. I understand your business but it hurts us.

1. When LSQ receives checks it takes too long to be cleared. I’ve spoken with my clients and have seen myself their bank accounts and checks appear cleared but still LSQ has it “in process” and this accumulate more fees.

2. Invoice approval takes too long. LSQ team need to be more persistent with clients to have invoices approved faster. Meanwhile, fees are accumulated even though you haven’t fund us.

3. Fees are accumulated on ineligibles, once again I understand your business but we are paying for a service that haven’t been provided (paying for money still not funded)

Apart from this, everything runs pretty smooth, great rates, friendly staff. I’m aware that what I mention here , we agreed upon, but we didn’t have the option to opt out and needed a factoring company and we truly appreciate it.

I hope that some of this can be worked upon and definitely you’ll have us for many years to come.

An excellent service with quick decisions on credit and great reporting. A really good provider.

Very responsive and easy to deal with. Helping tremendously with our rapid growth.

Not enough experience yet to fully rate. But, so far, with one invoice in the process, it seems to be going okay.

To get started and understand the process was a little tuff. The accounting was even harder because you need an LSQ holding account. However, once you understand it and work out the bugs with your LSQ team everything rolls smoothly. Within a month if you are doing it the right way, you feel the relief that it was meant to give you. I am greatful to have started working with LSQ and think they are a valuable asset to any company with a need for immediate cash flow.
