I was unable to access some of the…
I was unable to access some of the material. When reaching out for help on the phone numbers provided I could not get hold of anyone. So I called my credit card company to cancel payment. After much struggling I was eventually able to complete the training and still am unable to access and print some of the binders. I have called the credit card company back and they informed me they would let the charge go through. There has been an abundance of help on making payment. As far as the course content it was excellent. The mechanics of accessing it was where I was having trouble. Also lots of freezing on the videos.

Wonderful learning! I have done the LSVT-LOUD renewal course several times. Each time, I have found the renewal course to be so well organized and interesting that it's like reading a really good book!! I just want to keep going through the training because I am enjoying what I am learning too much to take a break.

Relevant but overpriced for credits and information provided
The updated information provided is relevant, but nothing that couldn’t be problem solved with the information provided in certification. The information about further studies is something that could be looked up on our own.
