I received my masks, the delay was average considering we're in a Pandemic, but the quality was fairly low in material, the graphic was as advertised but they were very small, too small for me. Thankfully they weren't super expensive or I would have been more concerned.

I have a very small face and head for an adult. So most masks are huge on me. This mask fit perfect. If you have a large head then the fit may be off. The quality is one-layer breathable material. If you are looking for extra protection I would suggest sewing a second layer. The only issue I had was shipping took over 9 weeks.

.ltteetee.com skyrim "Armour" mask is stiched in a way the graphic is unreadable. materials are cheap and tear. Mask sizing is suitable for people under 12 only not adults.

This company was advertising masks on Facebook and I placed an order. Weeks passed and my order status had not changed whatsoever. I contacted the company telling them I wanted to cancel because they'd had my money for weeks and my order hadn't even begun processing. They wrote back claiming that my order couldn't be canceled because it was being "custom printed" (I did not order a custom print, I ordered a design available on their site). I contacted my credit card company for a refund, which didn't go anywhere. Ltteetee issued partial refunds for the order delay but continually refused to cancel my order and issue a full refund. I wish I had done some research beforehand and never ordered anything from this site. I later learned that they operate and run the same scam under several company names (there is a Facebook page called "Shame on TeeChip" where many customer complaints can be found). Customer service is horrible. They won't communicate and refuse to cancel orders. I finally received my masks almost 2 months after ordering (to my surprise, I honestly thought I would never receive anything). The masks are of horrible quality, the print is all wrong and sewn in the wrong places. These masks are something you might find in a dollar store, yet they are selling on this site for $40 for a 3-pack, plus $5 for parcel select lightweight ground shipping. The masks are worth maybe $1 each and will NOT match the product photos or description. They are made of a single layer of cheap, flimsy cloth and poorly printed designs. The designs are also stolen from independent artists, and apparently these masks also come from China (one of the reasons I opted to purchase these is that their address is located in the US, 7800 Records St Ste C Lawrence, IN 46226, so they try to make it appear as though these products are made in the US). Facebook continues to allow fraudulent sites like these to advertise on their site, so this is the last time I will ever be purchasing anything advertised on Facebook. Buyer beware, and hopefully this review can save someone from getting completely ripped off like I did.

I ordered a mask from them, it took weeks to get it, and when it finally did get here, it was the wrong thing. They said they'd send the right thing/ Almost a month and a half later, still waiting for my order.
Never ordering from them again.
I wish I had read the reviews here before I had ordered from them. I have the same problem as they do.

I also ordered a mask SIX WEEKS AGO!!!! Extremely disappointed in this company. No people to talk to or email, just a f***ing bot. I'm convinced that the good reviews on this page are FAKE!!!!

Ordered a mask in March. Items are supposed to ship within 15-21 business days. After almost two months without as much as a shipping confirmation, I emailed the company. All of their responses seemed to be copied and pasted from a script. They refunded my shipping cost but refused several times to even give an ESTIMATE as to when the item would ship. I then asked them to cancel my order and they said they "couldn't." I told them I would wait a little longer and eventually file a claim with paypal if they wouldn't either ship the item or cancel the order. They sent an automated response saying they had filed a claim. Within a few days, they had cancelled my order (even though they lied and said they "couldn't" the first two times I asked).

What a waste of time. I get the notion they never planned to send me anything and were hoping I'd just forget they had my money. I really wanted the item, too.
2 stars because they DID give a full refund, but I would not suggest buying anything from this company.

Edit 6/13/20: updated my review and lowered my star rating. Payments to this company showed up as "teechip." Guess who is now getting unsolicited advertisement TEXT MESSAGES from "teechip" from several different numbers? So when I reply stop and block one number I just get a text from a different number anyways?
Next one I receive I will be reporting for harassment. I will probably write a BBB review as well.

Came out just how I wanted and very breathable!!

Purchased a mask almost 2 months ago, still nothing, no way to talk to a person about it either. Will never order anything from them again and I hope anyone reading this avoids this company.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I have been waiting for my product for six weeks. Twice as long as advertised. I emailed several times over the last few weeks. Customer service stopped responding and the phone number is a machine recording that points to you the website. No help. No customer service. No product delivered. Will NEVER recommend.

It has been over a month for a single mask. Looked great in the pic, but after a month with no updates I wanted a refund. Problem was, that after I made the order, it jumped into the processing phase which means you cant cancel the order. Their # doesnt let you talk to anyone, just check on your order and mostly just forwards you back to the website where you can email an inquiry and be responded to by a bot. Pretty unimpressed and not sure how the other reviews are so positive

The product is exactly what I expected it to be. Love my Rocky Horror masks!

Unique designs and very happy with my purchase, perfect gift for my gamer husband. Process took a bit but they kept me informed of status. Will definitely be shopping here again.
