Super product and great service
Super product. Just what I wanted at the right price. Lucasoundvision despatched my purchase. Shipping to the UK took some time, however this is not in the control of Lucasoundvision. Be patient, your purchase will arrive. I wouldn't hesitate to order again should there be a product I needed.

Thank you.
I asked them if they could tin the tip…
I asked them if they could tin the tip of the copper wires, after crimping them to the connectors, to prevent corrosion and they answered me OK. So I made a special order. But when I received them, I discovered the tip of the cables had not been tinned.
Nonetheless, as a compensation for this error, they offered me a 5€ refund on my purchase.

I do apologies, common human error for the first time.
