I played a short time and managed to accumulate enough for prize redemption. I verified my account and submitted my request. Now I’m waiting, will definitely update 5 stars once request is completed completely!

Currently still waiting for second redemption. 1st redemption also took a very long time, didnt concern me much as I needed to verify.

I like this casino I just hate how slow the redemption process is. They did pay me which I put in on the 13th of Feb and received the 24. They don’t respond to emails but constantly send of promotions. Not my fav but they are legit.

redemption speed is slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. They say its because they are new, but how many people are really redeeming daily for it to need 10 full business days? So technically 14 days before you can even ask customer service about it, and even then, they cant do anything and have no influence over the redemption department.

Redeemed $100 February 1. Never received it. Tomorrow will be the 16th. 15 days and more for $100!? Crazy. I will never play this site again. And they send me 5 emails a day to buy more but I can't even get my $100. Do not trust this site.

I bought a package for $20, was up to almost $500 and like any time I play slots I was on my way to giving it all right back when I decided to actually redeem for $186... I was so proud of myself. I was verified within minutes and entered my card info for the redemption and then they kicked me out of their site, suspended my account and said to contact their support which is a joke because they have no email address or number. All they have is live chat option/link which doesn't work. They may have a live chat option once logged in but they won't allow me to login. So you pay them, win, and they suspend your account when you request a redemption. Nice racket they have going, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Also, on their webpage they have a banner that states they are rated 4.9⭐️ on Trustpilot which is clearly a lie since they are less than 1/2 of that at 2.1⭐️... while I know that isn't ethical at all, is that even legal? Trustpilot, you should reach out to them about this seeing as how many people (including myself) put trust in your reputation and they are walking all over that by presenting false info with your stamp of approval.

Still waiting on my redemption they say 1-2 days than 3-5 days now up till 10 days it has been 5 days.I have never had a issue like this before with any other casino. THANK YOU still waiting

Ridiculously long pending for redemption. Site claims on their redemption policy 2-5 days as most platform do. But not true, already verified identity as well as redeem to same purchasing option. Been 9 days. Contacted the platform since day 3 with question and was told it was under review and should be approved shortly. Contact them again today, same thing was said. Who takes 9 days to review 1 request that is 1) On a Documented Verified Identity Account 2) Requested to the same purchasing Debit with matching info to account. When does the 2-5 days redemption promo start? after the never ending Ridiculously unnecessary long period of "pending"(under review) time? OR after the scamming?

Stay away very shady. Ask them to remove my debit card. I had to go round and round with the customer service representative to remove my payment source. They kept asking me why and questions an I said "that doesn't matter I just want to remove it"! I finally said, close the account.If you can't remove it, just close the account. Then, they wanted to know why I wanted to close my account... I said, because you won't remove my payment source so just close my freaking account! This place is not reputable.Do not spend your money here.It was a fifty dollar lesson for me.Move on. Better platforms that are legit!

Lucky.me is a super nice social casino. They have a all the good games from all they top providers. Deposited somewhere in the range of $300 to $400, and requested a redemption of $900ish. Only reason that I am rating 3 stars is due to the lack of transparency for the redemption timeline. When I first requested the redemption it said 3 to 5 days, but then I got an email stating it is 10 working days. So we shall see what it actually is. Other than that once I get my redemption I will be adjusting my rating to 5 stars as I look forward to Lucky.me being my first choice for online sweepstake casinos.

Ive had fun playing the games and I am currently waiting on a $300 redemption to process. I dont know how long it will take but the bigger issue is that I won the grand jackpot in the community jackpot system they have and have not received it. Its been almost 3 days since winning it and I have nothing. The customer service team does respond quickly but they keep telling me its under review. I will update this review once eveything is processed to reflect that but until then, im not buying anymore coins. Its very frustrating to get a big win and not be able to even play with it.

Edit: I have received my bonus. It took almost a week but it did come through. Ive raised my review to 3 stars now. Once a redemption is processed and completed, I will update to 5 stars. The best thing so far has been the customer service team and their prompt responses

Edit #2 : my redemption was paid out. Ive had no further issues with this site aND the customer service is great. Id recommended playing here to anyone.

Closed my account after a 400 dollar redemption, it’s an absolute scam! Avoid!

Scam site, do not play. I won $1200, got verified and submitted a redemption. 7 days later I get an email saying they are closing my account and not processing my redemption on the basis that a bought a promotional package while having funds available to play (my pending redemption). Have emails to prove this, trust me not a standup site.
