My withdrawal of AUD $11,000 is STILL unpaid after several months.

I have:
• Completed full verification (KYC) and was approved
• Been told multiple times the withdrawal is “under review”
• Received no clear timeframe or meaningful update

Only AFTER I escalated this publicly did LuckyBet suddenly claim a “breach of Terms and Conditions” — something that was never mentioned during gameplay, verification, or when my withdrawal was requested.

No evidence of any breach has been provided.

I have now:
• Issued a formal final demand
• Contacted the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
• Requested details of their independent dispute resolution provider (ADR), which they are required to provide

At this point, the situation raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

I will continue to update this review until the funds are paid in full.

Legitimate criminals. No other way of describing them. Processed a few small withdrawals, then when it came to a larger one they made me jump through all sorts of hoops and ultimately never paid me. The CEO even DM'd me himself saying he'd make sure I never got paid, which obviously never happened.

I had a good jackpot win and requested a withdrawal of $1600 in October 2025. They said it was sent, but I never received it. After the looked into it they claimed payment was "stuck" (whatever that means) and that they would happily process it again.

This was 5 months ago now, I still don't have any money. Live chat is now ignoring me and they have disabled my account.

If this company was legitimate, why would you ruin your reputation over $1600? Seems crazy.

I will happily update this review if they send me my money, but looking at other reviews left it looks like they're a bunch of scammers.

Take your money down to the pub, at least you know you'll actually get paid when you hit the jackpot there.

I am writing this review to warn other players about my experience with LuckyBet.

I requested a withdrawal of approximately $11,000 in November 2025. Since that time I have completed all requested verification steps and have responded to every email from their compliance team.

Despite this, the withdrawal remains unpaid.

Over the past several months I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting updates or an estimated timeframe for payment. Unfortunately, LuckyBet has now stopped responding entirely.

Because of the lack of communication and the ongoing delay, I have formally escalated the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the regulator under which LuckyBet operates.

At the time of writing, I am still waiting for my legitimate withdrawal to be processed.

I will gladly update this review if LuckyBet resolves the issue and pays the outstanding withdrawal. Until then, I strongly advise other players to be cautious.

So far the on site support helped me through the verification and now i am waiting for my withdrawal wich i just requested seems legit!

These guys are scamming Morons. I won 21,000 they said like idiots you have to deposit on bitcoin to get your money,I said take it out of the my winnings. The idiot said no you have to deposit first well Im not idiot like the ones on this website. STAY AWAY.

I won 30K and never received a dime. They stopped responding in the live chat and never responded to my emails

I've had a win but haven't deposited any money is it really real will I receive the money I won

Luckybet used to be amazing. Great bonuses, fast payouts. Unfortunately recently it's really come to a demise.

The once fast payouts are now taking weeks, and only coming through after having to pester live chat and higher ups constantly. False promises, always being told I will get paid tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.

Now I can't even get a response from anyone working there. Live chat is stone faced, no responses. Higher up's wont even reply to me.

I guess there are risks when gambling with crypto, and one of those risks is they can just choose to ignore you and not pay when you win.

It's a shame. But I guess the demise was inevitable.
