Like many other reviewers, I have found the withdrawal process at this casino to be completely unreasonable. Having to wait 48 hours for funds I have rightfully won makes the entire experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.
When I contacted live chat to ask about the delay, they simply hid behind their "policy." Furthermore, they claim that this 2-day holding period is for "our convenience" so that we can cancel the withdrawal, but that is simply not true. Being forced to wait two days to receive my own money is the opposite of convenient.

This is the most crooked business I…

This is the most crooked business I have ever dealt with , I won over $ 13,000 and it clearly said I was able to withdraw but a maximum of $5,500 a week and so I redeemed $5,500 and then I had to wait 48 business hours and I did and then it said I was approved and my money would be processed shortly and after 4 days only 100 dollars was deposited in my account and they kept $5,400 of my money. Anyone who thinks of playing with them should not.
Definitely the worst platform you can play , I highly recommend avoiding having anything to do with Lucky Creek Casinos or Mandarin. There are way better platforms that don't rip you off or make you wait weeks to withdraw your winnings. Just go look on FB or and other places that people have left reviews about them they have been scamming people for over 4 years.

For the Most part I had a WONDERFUL…

For the Most part I had a WONDERFUL experience with Lucky Creek right up until the moment I won. I had initially won over 9k but then I read the terms and conditions stating any deposit bonuses of 101% or more has a maximum cashout amount of 1k even which would be REALLY NICE if they stated those terms when you actually click to activate the Bonus. So I PAINFULLY let that slide and request a withdrawal on April 28th for 975 and was lucky enough to win again 2 days later but this time I couldn't win more than 900 so I requested for that withdrawal then exactly 7 days later I received and email stating both withdrawals will be paid out but this is part that's interesting! They go ahead and send me the second withdrawal which was about 100 dollars less and requested 3 days later !! Seriously an online casino is trying to save or keep more by 100 Bucks !!? If that's the case nobody's ever gonna win Shit on top of the Bonus restrictions which I looked for an hour and of course there's no bonuses for 100% or less because then it wouldn't have a cashout limit and I Mean Godforbid you win money at a casino LOL. If they would've paid even couple of days later and did it in the order it was received i wouldn't be complaining but now today were going on 3 weeks from the request and exactly 7 days from the first withdrawal was actually paid out. What went right would be the better…

What went right would be the better question I received a promotional 150.00 free chip that had a 6000 dollar play through wich is about as close to impossible to reach in the first place, but I reached it and had a 100.00 max payout which was weird. It's been 3 weeks and still no payout I have inquired multiple times over the last 3 Weeks. Do not do not do not waste your time and money on this casino. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to playing on their site. I won $1200 and like most people who have review this place….ive been “flushed” for 3 days now and I’ve received emails saying the cashout is confirmed and other emails AFTER that email saying my cashout is still pending. No one knows what they are talking about and they just keep giving excuses as to why they’re not paying out. Terrible casino.

They never pay out! They take your money but when you actually win some there is always something that takes it all away or they say you have several bonuses and when you ask about your winning to keep on playing they say it is ineligible. They are about as corrupt and crooked as I have ever seen

Man I tried this casino last Thursday and won $1900. I’ve cashed it out but it seems to be a lengthy process. I then played through the full playthrough and had $627 , when I went to withdraw, it left me with $25 and kept the rest. They stated $25 was the max withdrawal amount because it was "bonus winnings" . Highly recommend staying away from this scam show
