Two and a half days stuck in shipping in North Carolina

I been dealing with lucky elk for about a year now they got great bud and great shipping experience a have...I only had one problem and that was they shipped me the wrong bud one time and even it was good even though I didn't order that but yes I was most definitely keep dealing with them..Thank Liz for your kindness

From the beginning to the end, one week and half went by since I placed my order. No response to my emails, no package shipped—an absolute scam. Stay away from this company.

burnt the hell out of my throat, had me spitting scratching my tongue. and you dont even want to no the taste i wish no one had to taste that but this company obviously wins in fake reviews. your strains all the same plastic flavor, probably grown in horrid conditions. the high is you wasted your money and get sick please hope i won't get diseases

I’m a United States combat veteran and I use Thc-A as a medicine for certain things I deal with on a daily basis , and I was looking forward to the lucky brand because of reviews I have read , but I feel I was scammed .. I ordered the full melt bubble hash from lucky and was under the impression from the website and description and videos provided that it would be a full melt bubble hash that left no residue when dabbed and was almost clear to color and would melt just being at room temperature. So I ordered the full melt bubble hash and what I received for $65 was no where near what was advertised and I’d go as far to say the product looks to be switched out of original packaging and swapped out with mid grade sticky brown green blob of hash at best that they sell for $30. I do live out of state and ordered online so i immediately asked for a refund and any info to why I received such a bad product compared to what was advertised with no response back 5 days ago almost 6 and if I lose out on the $65 so I can help someone else not get tricked that’s out of state then so be it . I was taught honor and respect in the military. And it’s just disappointing what company’s will do to save a couple dollars these days.

I havent had any problems. Wish they shipped more often but oh well. Never got a bad bud yet. Even the cheap bud is good.

You get MAYBE 8-9 grams of that flower. But the rest is a worthless filler strain. Added to make the weight!

High class all the way. Products are very well shipped, and everything is always fresh and smells fantastic. I had a small issue with a promotional item missing but Lizi in customer service made it right quickly.

So for me, Lucky elk was awesome in the beginning. Everyone was so friendly, great customer service. Hands down, great. Until all the carts taste the same, the terpene flavor profile never seems to change so you get the same pretty much taste over and over again. That was super disappointing. So I started pointing this out. They gave me 50.00 credit one time and that wasn't even close to the cost of my order. Trust me, I've done a decent amount of business with them and they will treat you right, until you run into a problem with your order tasting the exact same and they charge 42.00 a cart fir a half g. That's crazy to me. For somthing that taste the exact same over and over again. It really sucks too because I did enjoy doing business with them for other things. The badder all tastes pretty much the same. The top quality ros which they charge 70.00 a gram for!! Its ok, still needs a more stronger terpene profile though, your lucky if you get three dab. But if you go for anything lower than that I had some strains from the in-house ros. Absolutely horrific. Maybe it was a one time thing but it straight tasted like grass. There are now only two or three items I would order from their menu now, but as I was saying as soon as you run into either not liking your order or whatever they will avoid you completely I was told they would get back to me somtime around the april 20th and I called before that date and after, till present...sent several emails, asked politely to talk to anyone manager and all I've heard it nothing but crickets. So unfortunately, my business relationship with lucky elk has ended I even expressed that in an email to them or whatever...you would think an actual caring, good, reputable business would get back to their customers for ANYTHING they need. I thought I had found a good business that for a while I didn't mind supporting but now, there is no way I will EVER probobly order through them again.. just sad.. so be aware. They may not get back to you for concerns so be ready to get stuck with whatever you get whether you don't like, have a issue whatever, they may not decide to get back to you. I've experienced this with other online companies too. Hence why I will continue to try to support my OWN local business. Lucky elk, learn that customers are your number one priority, you basically crafted that in so many words in your mission statement but unfortunately you don't practice what you preach. Very disappointed and mind you I've spent probobly claoe to a few thousand dollars with them and they don't care? Just beware guys and gals, that's all im saying! Thanks!

Absolutely top tier these guys went above and beyond. Lizzy gave the best customer service I've had hands down. And the product was stellar. Only comparable to black tie. Great experience.

Decent prices that could be a little better and seems like theyre actually organic. It took them a day or two to get my order ready but they gave me a freeby. I wish they had a rewards program but if they keep givin out freebies I dont mind. Lucky elk lucky me for finding them
