One star is alot for this little scam site. I won around 3300 euro, no bonus or anything. Just put money in my account and played like i always do. When i tried to withdraw tjek kept telling me i write wrong Swift code and iban. I kept waiting and waiting. For nothing. This site is s*** and scamming everyone.

Avoid at all cost I deposited £200 yesterday and won nothing played for about a hour at £1 per spin and didn’t even get a bonus then today like an idiot I played over £300 and got 1 bonus yippee which got me £2.80 lol then 120 spins without a single win, I was playing £1.50 per spin and the wins that came in where around the 90p mark so losing 60p per spin.I don’t think I’ve ever played a casino site as bad as this.

Ein Freund hatte mir auch gesagt das er da Einzahlung gemacht hat und es nicht auf konto gutgeschrieben wurde, und sehe bei weiteren Kommentaren unten das es nicht der einzige fall war ^^

Zusammengefasst dieses casino "luckylouis" kassiert nur und kümmert sich ein Dreck um um die Spieler. Seit 3 Monaten, im Abstand von zwei Wochen versuche ich den Support über den Chat, per Mail (wirklich alle Mails ausprobiert h...i.luckylouis..de/v..p.luckylouis..de.....) zu erreichen. Bis zum heutigen Tag, noch nicht mal ein Hallo zurück bekommen. 9 Emails, mehrfach (und damit meine ich wirklich über 100 mal) im Chat eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Im groben dieses casino erweckt den Eindruck, dass es bald entweder schließt oder einfach die Leute abzocken. Eine Sache möchte ich hinzufügen und zwar in all skillonnet-casinos, wenn man den Chat öffnet, steht ganz oben die Wartezeit meistens zwischen 2 und 5 Minuten. ##Das ist definitiv unangebracht ##, du bekommst (!!!!nicht bei luckylouis.de!!!) eine Antwort erst am nächsten oder darauf folgenden Tag eine Antwort. Und standard abgespeichert Nachrichten. Also copy and paste. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr bei luckylouis.de einzahlen, da ich kein Ansprechpartner habe, und vielleicht beim Gewinn noch nicht mal das gewonnene Geld bekommst.

Customer service is awful.. trying to withdraw funds and their £1.25 bonus (which I haven't used) is preventing me from withdrawing my funds. I've spoken with customer service and as soon as I mention withdrawal they go quiet. These are legalised conmen stay away!!
