Had some issues with tracking and then received the wrong one initially. But they were so kind and were able to get the right product to us before we needed it on Halloween! Customer service was top tier.

I ordered my costume a month before Halloween and it arrived 3 days after Halloween.
Super frustrating.
I had to order a different one last minute somewhere else for 3 times the price and now I am stuck with 2 of them.

This company is a scam- no matter the 4 star rating, they do not honor shipping policies that you pay extra for and to hear from customer service, I had to file a complaint with PayPal. Do NOT buy from this company.

At first there was a mistep with my order and I accidently recieved the wrong item, however the team at lucyonesie responded quickly to every inquery and rectified the situation with the utmost understanding and customer service. I recieved the correct order in time and couldn't be more pleased with the product and responses from the company. Would use again for future purchases.

So we were a little nervous about ordering these based on not knowing this company. But I must say that we are totally happy with these costumes and the delivery time was just as expected. We received a ton of compliments on our costumes. They even had finer details such as ornamental stitching that we had no idea was on the costume.

We are SO HAPPY with the onesie we bought from Lucky Onesie! We purchased a Bluie onesie for a costume and it arrived on time and it is perfect! We will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I ordered Halloween costumes for my family. My son loves his Meowth onesie and he can’t wait to wear it for Halloween. Customer service was helpful when I had to exchange my costume for another size.

Ordered item three weeks ago. It’s still in China post system. Hasn’t made it to usps yet. They say 7-10 business days. Total lie.
They keep saying- wait, it’s coming. But they haven’t told me when. I will update from one star if it ever shows up!?

I ordered a onsie from their site and received a confirmation. Two days letter, I get an email saying they are out of stock and asking me if I would like to pick out a different onesie... no refund had occurred automatically.

I told them that, no, I did not want a different one and a refund was issued after I responded to them. It is important to note that while they emailed me two days later, I did not see the email until well over a week later. This means they were sitting on my money that entire time.

What if I did not see that email? Would they have just kept my money? That is bizarre. If I wanted a different onsie I could easily go back to their site and order the one I want. They should not wait to refund if they are out of stock as a baseline of customer service but even better if their website is actually up to date with the correct product.

- Shipping Commentary: Honestly was pleasantly surprised by the speed of shipping given all of the mixed reviews. Economic shipping was $20 for me (I saw some varying prices in other reviews), and when looking at just business days, my items arrived within that window of 7-10 days (8 business days). I received a link to track my order in my order confirmation email, and it was just to track the package on Lucky Onesie's website, not through a third party or "scam-y" site. I will also note that my tracking number has been for/through USPS and shows that my items began in New York, not another country, so that may have impacted my experience compared to others.
- Product Commentary: The Sully onesie is SO SOFT. His face looks a bit silly but honestly most Sully onesies do, and frankly it's the softest thing I now own. The Snorlax onesie is made of different material but is equally comfortable with ample room. I am plus sized and found the sizing to be mostly accurate, though the Sully onesie is a little tighter around my chest as someone with a bra size of DD. I'm a teacher and bought these with the intention of including them in some options for my students to vote on my costume for our school's Halloween parade and am very satisfied with my experience :)

Great quality and customer service, the only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 5 is because the shipping listed on the website is not correct. I did not receive my items in 7-10 business days. After this period of time, I realized I never received a tracking number or emailed updates regarding the number, so I messaged customer service with my order confirmation. The first time they got back to me they said the order was lost, so they sent a new one out and provided me a tracking number. After another 7-10 business days I started to get worried, so I tracked it again and it had said it still hadn't shipped and had not arrived in the US. They told me it could take some time for that to update and to not worry and I will receive my order. After waiting a while I emailed them back and said I may need to cancel if this does not arrive on time for Halloween. They wrote back telling me to let them know if my order has not arrived by Oct 12th. As soon as they sent that email, I went to track my order again and it was out for delivery in my town that day, Oct. 7th. I placed my order on Sept 16th. So, it seems like when the items are in transit, they could be in the US but it isn't updated for a while. I do feel I had to stay on top of them to receive my items, but they were very prompt answering me and solving my issue. Overall, the quality of these costumes are very nice and more affordable than the garbage I would have bought at Spirit Halloween, the extra cost for shipping is worth it to me. Just make sure you order with plenty of time to spare if you need it for an event or specific day!

I ordered a onesie for my girlfriend a couple days ago. She is away in college, and I wanted to send her something nice. The receipt wasn't correct, and put my girlfriends address in the billing address section, so I reached out to them via email, and they responded rather quickly, saying they would fix the mistake, which I appreciated. So far, so good.

This is what I had a problem with. If you want to track your package, they give you a tracking number, and give you a link to a website called Tracking718, which is apparently a notorious scam site, according to a lot of reddit users. Upon finding this out, I immediately exited it. But upon looking up the website on Google, I was able to read in the text under the link to the site, that it supported UPS, USPS, FedEx, and a few other services. I then began to take my tracking number, and see if my package would come up on any of those sites, being UPS, etc. I was able to find it on USPS, which is definitely sketchy to say the least. The company should know what shipping service is being used, and shouldn't have to use a 3rd party website, that is known for scamming customers, to find your package. They emailed me saying that they use it because they find it convenient for customers, as the shipment is from outside the U.S., and USPS can't track packages outside of the country until it arrives within it. Maybe it's ok, as my source was, considerably, a bunch of posts in reddit, which isn't always reliable. I still chose to not take any chances.

Update: The package has been delivered. LuckyOnesie even went out of their way to email me the day before, letting me know that it was going to be delivered to the location very soon. I then confirmed it by going onto the USPS website as well. It was a bit of a longer wait than expected, but only by a few days, which can only be expected in an international shipment.

I ordered a Bowser costume from here for Halloween for my boyfriend. Delivery time said 7 to 10 business days, which is about how long it took. I did email customer service, they were wonderful. I sent an email to check in for when it would be delivered because I was nervous that this was a scam website...but he got back to me right away. Updated me on when it would be here and it arrived the exact day that he said it would! Super nice company. He even followed up with me to make sure I got it. I would definitely order from here again. Just keep in mind it's not Amazon, your package is not going to get here 4 hours after you order it.

Oh! I forgot to mention how absolutely ADORABLE the outfit is. Very well made. My bf is very tall, I got him the 2xl and it fit it, thankfully. Hahah. But these things are awesome and I will definitely be buying more!

I'm glad I ordered these ahead of time as they are for our family Halloween costumes. I ordered them Aug 8 th they came in 2 separate packages. The first arrived about 3 to 3.5 weeks later and the last one on Sept 10th. The product was as described and look to be good quality.

I ordered from Lucky onesie and while the customer service has been communicative. The shipping does not take 7-10 days as stated on website. I've been waiting since July 31. Will update this review when I get my order.
*Update: I received my order today, Sept 6th.
It is as described.

The onesie we ordered arrived on the earlier end of the expected range, and it's everything we wanted it to be! It fits exactly as described, and the color and material have held up perfectly so far. We occasionally need to re-stuff the tail with some stuffing, but that's to be expected since it's difficult to sit without sitting on that tail. Overall, it's very warm and comfortable, it washes easily, and it looks great!

I absolutely love this site!!! I was searching everywhere for onesies for my best friend and me (he's 6ft and 250+ lbs) and this was the ONLY place I found that could accommodate us both. For reference, I'm a 5'4, 180lb female.

I love my Charmander and Squirtle onesies, and his Snorlax onesie fit amazingly! I only wish that all their onesies accommodated the larger sizes so I can buy him more options.
