I am currently 50+ hours and still no confirmation of withdrawel, been told on live chat that there is a backlog in the finance team so the 36 hours is now 36-48 hours to review. When i reiterated that we are passed the 48 hours all i was told is they understand my frustration, i wait with bated breathe to if i will ever see my money.
