The many flavors of “chew and park” is great! The gum does not break into pieces and lose its integrity. I love the lozenges! I wish there were more flavor options for the lozenges!

Positive Experience ~ Faith Restored in Lucy!
Edit: the Lucy team reached out to me to make this right. I am very happy about their quick response and understanding customer service team. They are going to ship me a replacement and a return label for the product I need to send back. I'd like to reaffirm that I do like this this product and would recommend it to others.
I have a monthly subscription and have been receiving these products for several months now. No issues until now. The package I received is stale. I requested a refund and/or a replacement at no charge. I was only offered a mailing label to return the items, which was not what I requested. I do like the product and want to continue using it. I didn't plan to have to find a printer, print out the label, send it back, wait for a refund, and then order a replacement.

7 days and still hasn’t shipped
Ordered may 24th. As of may 31st order has not shipped. No explanation. Just an email saying it “left” the warehouse but there is a problem with the shipper. Not happy!

I started smoking on my 18th birthday. Lucy is THE only practice that has kept me from smoking cigarettes, since day one! The flavor is sincerely delicious; honestly good (forget about the nicotine). Any time I am around smokers I just pop a piece of gum. I've never even thought about going back!
