Lucy is exactly as the website describes: clean, discreet, and tasty. The automatic refills are perfect for avoiding the trips inside the gas station to reload. The dosage being known allows for measured use, which is extremely helpful to know when trying to quit like I am. Customer service is exceptional, the chat feature on the website is so convenient.

I was dubious about 4mg lozenges as I usually use 2mg, but these last quite a long time if you don't chew them. So the amount of nicotine is reasonable.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Customer service is extremely friendly and the products are potent with professional packaging.

Flavor and quality

Great alternative to tobacco products. The gum lasts and helped me quit dipping. Also there is no need to spit, so you can use it discreetly. The pouches were ok, but I still felt the need to spit since the flavor can be a little overpowering. All in all still cleaner than tobacco products imho.

The product itself is fine, the lozenges taste pretty good and do the job. However, the marketing is completely off. I was advertised a sleek design; a black bottle with edgy labeling and cool graphics. What I got was a stark blue bottle that looks like a prescription of something.

Lucy has helped me quit dipping. I dipped for over 15 years and this product helped me quit! Love the flavors and how long it last! Great product!

So far, I'm about a week into quitting smoking, the gum has been quite helpful! I tend to park it under my tongue and have found that approach very effective. Despite having a pack a day habit, I only use about 3 pieces of gum per day, and sometimes only 2. My shipment arrived earlier than expected, which was great as I was struggling terribly when my order arrived. I cannot speak to the other flavors, but the cinnamon is perfect for my tastes.

I have used Nicorette products in the past and Lucy blows them out of the water. The taste is much better and it seems that it also satisfies my nicotine cravings more. I'm a big fan of the pouches, they need to be added directly onto the Shop page instead of being just something recommended after adding gum or lozenges to your cart. I assume since they are new, they are just being tested and they'll be on there eventually if they do well.

I really like the product, but the shipments always arrive 3-5 days later than anticipated. It might not be Lucy’s fault but they should look into changing their delivery service to ensure that packages arrive when people need them.

I've never smoked a cigarette in my life, nor had any nicotine product before. Wanted to try this gum out of curiosity. I now have a nicotine addiction, but I still have not had a cigarette since trying this product. So in a way, this stuff really works!

This has helped me quit smoking. It has been about 3 weeks since I quit smoking due to Lucy, and I have smoked for the past 11 years and tried multiple times and could not quit. I would like to recommend a 6 MG Nicotine or a 8 MG Nicotine for the gum due to me chewing 2 pieces at the same time to get 8MG. I don’t really want to try the other products because I do not think they would be as effective as the gum.

Good product that is affordable, taste good, and is effective at reducing nicotine cravings.

I wanted to like this. I’m hooked on the vape, but the mint was absolutely horrible for me. Burned my throat and chest and gave me a stomach ache. Tried several times and had the same experience- now I’m stuck with a bunch of packs I don’t want.

I enjoy the gum. It taste good. It takes the cravings of smoking away. The lozenges are very convenient when you need to curve a cig craving. Overall their good products. I haven't smoked now in three months.
