I ordered 2 hoodies from this company off an ad I saw on Facebook over a month ago. Have been in contact with customer support. They keep advising me to give them 2-3 business days. The shipping number says the product is 1 city over from me and has said that for 2 weeks now. I don’t understand how companies like this can get on Facebook.

I am only rating this company as 1 because I needed to rate it to leave a written review. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !! Products are not what they advertise. I ordered a knitted jumper and got a cheap polyester one in the post. The picture on the website didn’t match what I received. When I contacted them to say I’d received the wrong thing they assured me I had received what I’d ordered. I sent photos to show the differences and they offered 15% refund or I could cover the cost to send it to china myself for a refund. I am still waiting for a refund weeks later. Do not buy from this company!

If I could rate at less than one star, I would. Do not order from this company. The products are worse than dollar store items and the delivery of my Christmas sweaters took a month - two weeks after Christmas though it said it would be here by then. I would say it’s a scam.

If i could give it 0 stars i would, unfortunately however i have to opt for 1 star.
I am truely shocked by this extreamely poor quality Christmas jumper i recieved from Lulover.
I ordered on December 13th, it arrived today the 28th of December.
It took 15day.
It was shipped 9 days after order.

The quality is absolutely appalling to say the least.

It does not look at all like the photo's on website.

I have been well and truely ripped off!

looks like a cheap PJ top.

I paid £7 for delivery, now they are requesting i pay to return too. So my order total was £31.

The point of the matter is, i never got what i paid for in the first place.
The jumper and material is nothing like the photos on the website.
Its false advertising and a absolute scam.
So if i return and if it costs me the same again it will be another £7 of my money totalling £14 for delivery and return of a jumper i would never of ordered if they had photos on the website of the jumper they sent me.

Shipping only stated standard shipping it gave no reference to time span, nor was i made aware it would be shipped from China.
Had i of known, it would of taken 15days i would not of ordered it, in the first place.
I wish i could share photos on here for you all to see what i ordered and what i recieved.
Its a total waste of my money and time.

No reply to my email, as stated they only replied to me via social media, as i messaged them there too.

Avoid - it's cheap nothing like as it appears think less than Temu quality

Ordered in Late November, so 3+ week shipping, looked like a nice cotton style jumper, no it's a waxy horrible feeling fabric print, - the print is similar but it's nothing like what is shown, I would advise EVERYONE to avoid this entire company -- it's one of those fake pretend it's a real jumper when it's more like a printed hoody shaped "shower curtain" material. not fit to clean a car with (not absorbent enough anyways) - I suspect its probably not even fire retardant too tbh. Absolute Scam guys, put my claim in with paypal.
