I've been having a really good experience with LumaDock. I needed a reliable GPU for a project I'm working on, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly I was able to get everything up and running. The performance has been super smooth, and when I had a quick question about billing, their support team jumped in and sorted it out right away. Fast servier and no downtime
I have tried a few VPS hosting providers before and this one stands out for stability and overall value. the servers run fast, downtime has not been an issue for me, and support handled my questions quickly and professionally. This is their _normal_ perfomance. Oftentimes it's worse.
For 2 Euro per month I didn't expect much. But I expected web pages to load.
Oh. And it's not some kind of error. I opened two tickets related to that. Every time I was told that this is normal and I should not complain because this is their "best effort".

it's trash
I use their server as a VPN via WireGuard and after a few days it got soooo slow. It took 1h to download 160MB. Raised the problem with them through a ticket on their website, no reply. Same experience as the other guy who left a 1 start review, first VPN i bought works decent, the second is a nightmare

to me, it's a scam
The 30-day guarantee only applies to the first VPS, but the website advertises otherwise. The machines constantly freeze. To me, it's a scam company that delivers an acceptable machine the first time, and then delivers a mediocre machine in subsequent rentals so you can't get a refund.
edit: no, its not game server, i dont know why trustpilot got this name. its a web hosting, clean machine, freeze alot only with ssh connected on clean debian install.
The fact is: I paid $7 for a machine, which, due to numerous freezes, I canceled after 2 days thinking I would receive a refund so I could create another one elsewhere (which was explained in the cancellation request). There was no refund, and my machine is no longer accessible. I paid $7 to use a server that kept crashing for 2 days. Call it what you will.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first VPS on an account, clearly stated in our Terms of Service - which you accepted when you bought the product. It’s meant as a one-time trial. Anything else would allow endless buy-and-refund cycles, which is obviously not how any business operates.
We do not modify, downgrade or “switch” machines after deployment. Resources remain exactly the same unless you change the plan. Our infrastructure is continuously monitored and there is no host-level instability.
If a game server (like Minecraft) freezes, that usually means the workload exceeds the allocated RAM or CPU. In that case, upgrading the plan is the correct solution.

Serious Performance and a Personal Thanks to Andrei
I want to state clearly that this review is not sponsored and I received no free products. I am simply a 25-year IT veteran who knows quality when I see it.
You really need to try LumaDock out. I am running their smallest 1GB VPS and the raw performance is shocking. It handles workloads that would choke other providers.
However, the hardware is secondary to the people. I want to send a personal thank you to Andrei from the support team. It is rare to find a provider where even the smallest account gets a genuine, professional response from a real human.
If you are looking for a new server host, give them a shot. And to the community: Did you thank your IT professional today? The team at LumaDock works hard to keep the lights on, and they deserve the recognition.

I really love their service. I have a vps in USA with their EPYC gen4 servers. The performance is really good, with a very fair network speed and a much better price than I had at my previous provider.

Good VPS service with affordable price
Moved Debian Linux MyBB-forum running on mariadb from MS Azure VM to LumaDock VPS. No issues what so ever. Everything runs smoothly after a week of use. On azure we paid around 10 USD/month, now we pay around 2.5-3.0 USD/month and got more RAM from 512MB to 1GB.

Your VPS was successfully provisioned and assigned a public IPv4 address, which is visible in your client area. The PuTTY error you encountered (“Network error: Connection timed out”) means the SSH connection did not reach the server at all.
This error occurs before the operating system responds and is typically caused by one of the following: an incorrect IP or port (SSH defaults to port 22), a firewall rule blocking SSH on the VPS, outbound SSH being blocked by the local network or ISP, or attempting to connect while the VPS was rebooting or reinstalling.
This is not an indication of a non-existent or unusable VPS.
We also note that the service was later reactivated and that you subsequently placed ADDITIONAL VPS orders with us, one of which is currently ACTIVE.
We requested your order details through Trustpilot so we can correlate the review with the correct service. Our support team remains available to help you verify SSH access and resolve the connection issue, so please reach out to them if you need assistance.

I've tried ordering VPS's twice but as their site is just a trainwreck of false advertising, the experience has so far been anything but pleasant.
The company states they have VPS's available in Helsinki, but it turns out only some types are available there - for example storage VPS's do advertise Helsinki as an available region but they're only available from Frankfurt.
You can only order one VPS at a time and the shopping basket gets messed up if you have multiple tabs open for making multiple configurations simultaneously.
They advertise a Private Network but fail to mention it is only available within the same region AND same server type - so you cannot have a private network between, say, a storage VPS and a performance VPS.
Even their customer support on chat doesn't know a thing about their services - I described my needs in detail prior to making a purchase and they stated it would work as I needed, but as it turned out - nothing works as they say.
Also there is next to no documentation available anywhere.
So, if it sounds too cheap and good to be true - it rarely is.

- Location availability: Each VPS type (Starter/Performance, High-end, Ryzen, Storage, GPU) has different regional availability, shown dynamically during checkout. That’s normal for providers who run their own hardware, as it depends on the physical setup of each region.
- Private networking: You’re right that it's per-region and per-product type. That’s intentional, since cross-region or mixed-type networking would expose users to latency and routing issues (which we avoid by design).
That said, your feedback about cart behavior, documentation and communication is fair. We’re improving these areas and also working to streamline updates across our multilingual front and backend, so changes like regional stock or new products reflect faster everywhere.
At the same time, we stand by the accuracy of what's shown on our website: pricing, specs and limits are fully transparent - with no overprovisioning or hidden charges.
