Lumaflex has become an everyday recovery tool for me. 10 minutes twice daily has been essential in healing some nagging injuries I couldn't seem to remedy. Would recommend to any athlete needing a recovery tool

I didnt receive the product yet! It's almost 2 weeks since I paid for the order.

I got to try out my teammate’s Lumaflex before mine came in the mail and I was so impressed! I had some bruising on my quads from heavy barbell cycling and it went away in just a couple of days. Typically it takes about a week for the bruising to go away on its own.

As a coach and personal trainer, I am excited to educate my clients on Light Medicine and the healing properties it provides. The Lumaflex academy foundations course was extremely helpful in building my understanding of the healing process. I’m very excited about this product!

I had heard of red light therapy but I am a skeptic so I decided to try lumaflex and see what anecdotal evidence I could find, to see if I actually noticed a difference in pain I was dealing with on a daily basis.

For the past couple of years, I have been unable to squat without constantly dealing with pinching and pain in my left hip flexor. It is consistently there when I squat and doesn’t get better–even when I'm warmed up.

The first day I used it I didn’t notice much of a difference. By the second day though, I had a very different experience. I tried some air squats. Still consistent, dull pinching in my left hip flexor. Then I used my lumaflex on my hip flexor while I warmed up a bit more. After I had taken it off, I tried a few more squats, it was strange, I had zero pain in my left hip flexor.

I decided to try something I was supposed to train that day which I had been dreading doing because I figured I’d experience the same excruciating, pinching I normally endured with this exercise, but I tried it. It’s a single leg, weighted squat. And lo and behold, I had zero pain! Like not even a little pinching!!

Loved the versatility it brings to prehab and post workout recovery. Only recommendations I would give would be the straps, the Velcro REALLY velcros (to almost a fault lol), they could use a bit stronger elastic in them to help keep the weight of the Lumaflex from shifting while using it with moving around.
Aside from that I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to incorporate recovery into their daily routine more often.

I just wanted to say how much I loved the course and presentation from Lumaflex. The information was incredible, and I especially loved the science behind everything. As a third-year medical student, being able to fully understand the mechanisms and research being discussed made the experience even more exciting.

What stood out to me most were the testimonies. Hearing about cartilage regrowth in an 80+ year old absolutely BLEW ME AWAY! The discussion surrounding dementia and red light therapy was also fascinating and opened my mind to so many possibilities, especially for individuals dealing with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

I had not deeply explored red light therapy before, but this presentation genuinely sparked my interest. I’ve already started looking through the clinical trials on the website and plan to dive into the studies that were shared with me. The potential behind this technology is truly incredible, and I’m excited to continue learning more about it.

Been using lumaflex for a few months now and it’s been a great addition to my recovery. I’ll use it almost every night as I’m getting ready for bed. Highly recommend for anyone who might be interested!!

I use this device every day! Consistency is key and what gives results. I'm using it twice a day on whatever is hurting that day. Lately, it's been my knee. My knee feels warmer (more blood flow) and looser after using the device. It is also flexible! So it literally wraps around my knee and sits there while I drive home from work or the gym. Game changer for recovery!

This had made such a difference in my knee pain level. I still have a torn meniscus, and I have no idea if that tear is getting better but using the Lumaflex has brought down my pain from intense to manageable. I also love, and needed, an option that didn't need to be plugged in constantly but could be 'charged'.

I purchased this product for a Christmas present. My husband has been using it faithfully but hasn’t noticed any difference.
When we tried to register the product for the warranty, the process was very long and frustrating

The LumaFlex Academy is also so informative, because I could learn how to effectively use the 6 different red lights on my Essential Pro. I use it on my stomach, chest, upper back and head every day and I’ve been feeling great and sleep better.

I had a surgery which was healing very slowly, my nerves were damaged, I used luma flex for aboiut a month or a little, 2 times a day about 20-30 mins each time and I recovered super fast ! So thankful to this product
