I would like to buy the infrared device, which is quite an expense. It worries me here that people that write negative reviews get ignored, where the positive reviews do get a reply? If I can be reassured action will be taken if something goes wrong, I will buy the device. Otherwise I will stay on the careful side.

I too am trying to get hold of someone for a few weeks now to let them know the toothbrush is not charging therefore not working and no one is responding. There's not telephone number and the customer support details you fill in, no one responds.

Really bad customer service from them. Been trying to get in touch with them about my item which is defective and no one is getting back to me. So now I’m stuck with a really expensive item that doesn’t charge or work properly and a company claiming their items are wonderful but can’t get back to their customers.

Arrived promptly and have been using for a few days.
I can already see the difference I had a few stains from coffee/tea and already nearly gone.
Will be purchasing more for my sons.

I brought the bundle took a few days to arrive I can see the difference after a few days very easy to use overall very good.

I've never used a teeth whitening kit before but this was a little more reasonably priced than the others and had good reviews. Anyway, three days in and my teeth are so much whiter. I can't actually bekieve the difference. I've got 11 more days and can't wait to see how bright they will be. Really impressed and will be using regularly.

Finally found a product that does what it says. Literally had immediate results and have recommended this to so many people already. Excellent value for money and really classy packaging.

I’m giving four stars as I’ve bought this for my daughter I do honestly say it is showing a difference it’s a pitty we didn’t take pictures of before and after she uses this every day since the 22nd of April she’s going to keep going with to see some end results x

The 2 stars I'm giving are for the delivery, which was incredibly quick. my items arrived only 3 days after I'd placed the order so I cannot fault the company for that.

The actual products, however, I can't rate. I've been using both the teeth whitening pen and whitening strips for over a week and there is no difference whatsoever in the colour of my teeth. As with all products I have bought, they simply do not work. Do not waste your money, if you want teeth whitening the only option is the expensive route through a dentist!
