Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Their customer support have said they are chasing it up, twice, but still no update.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I ordered and paid $90 including an insurance for package theft and never got the package. They gave me 2 different delivery dates for the same package Jan 10th and Jan 11th, 2026. Where on the second delivery date, I was home but still never got the package. It was a back and forth emails which never included a solution for me.

Belt no good at all so as they offer 60 day return for refund I contacted their customer service, they offered me 50'/' off then 70'/' off but I asked for return label for a full refund. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER 4 EMAILS NO ANSWER. THIS COMPANY STINKS SCAMMERS.
DO NOT BUY.

I found the product unhelpful for myself, so I contacted the company for a refund. Much of the reason I took a chance on the product was because the website stated it had a 60 day money back guarantee. The company has refused to honor their own policy, only offering me a partial refund if I do not return the product at my own shipping cost. Their website clearly states in several places that there is a full money back guarantee with no requirement to return the product. I even offered to return it anyway if they provided a pre paid shipping label, which they refused. Do not purchase from this lying company!

They failed to deliver my parcel,Yodel was the delivery company ,after many texts to and from it was returned to sender ? I asked for my money back and was told I had to wait until they received my parcel back,told them it was not my problem !I can’t get a reply now so be careful Bryan

My Facebook feed was cluttered with ads for the Lumbowrap. I’m not one to fall into the trap but having said that, the promise of relief from back pain was more than I could resist. I worried about ordering from abroad so I researched a bit and found the exact product on Amazon. So I decided to give it a try. As soon as I got strapped in, the relief was instant. It corrected my posture. The back pain dissipated and even my knees stopped hurting. This thing is simply revolutionary. No, it’s not a cure. But it definitely beats ice, heat pads, painkillers and most of all suffering. I’m converted. Not all ads are click bait.

If nothing else, their customer service is second to none. Here is my reply to them:
