Professional Quality expertly fitted
Mark & Dan from Lumen windows were recommended to me when I needed a new back door. They arrived on time to discuss my needs and what I wanted from the door. EG Security, insulation etc. I choose a door and this was fitted today. Dan and Mark are professional , friendly, calm and knowledgable. They tidied their work area constantly and we’re very respectful of my home. The job went very smoothly and were both thrilled with the result. Top job by great guys. I would use them again and highly recommend Lumen Windows

I had an unfortunate accident when my…
I had an unfortunate accident when my lawnmower blade hit a stone and it smashed one of our bifold door windows. We were due to go on holiday the following week and anxious to get it fixed before we went. I phoned the company who originally fitted the doors and several other glass companies who all quoted 2/3 weeks. I phoned Denton glass who were unable to do the job themselves but gave me the number for Lumen. This was late Friday afternoon. I spoke to Dan who assured me that they would sort it. Mark arrived 8.00am Monday morning, to measure up and order the glass. Mark & Dan arrived with the new unit on Thursday afternoon and fitted it. No mess, no fuss, no bother. Just a professional job carried out by people who know what they are doing, and in our case went that extra mile to help us out. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great professional and friendly lads who carried out a fantastic job on my conservatory. Without a shadow of a doubt I will use Lumen windows every time I need any work carrying out on my windows or doors 5*

Still having problems with the windows…
Still having problems with the windows 2 years later. Doors not sealing properly, handles coming out, not able to open 3 windows for some reason. Windows are not fit for purpose but we cant afford to change them. Dreadful job
