I came across Ireland to Lumia Clinic here in Turkey and It was a great experience.
The whole team is friendly and energetic.
I had recently done EMAX Veneers with one of their Dr.s who was Dental Veneers and implant Specialist with enough experience. Honestly the Dr. Was Hardworking and very attentive to his Patient.

Everything went well. I am very happy and excited for my new smile.

I traveled from the U.S. to Istanbul to get my teeth done. At first, I wasn’t too happy that I didn’t get to speak with my doctor beforehand I didn’t even know who would be working on my teeth until I arrived. I think it would help a lot if patients could have a quick video call with their doctor before flying out, just for familiarity and peace of mind
But once I got there, everything changed. My consultant, Grace, was absolutely amazing! She was with me every step of the way comforting, caring, and fun. I bet I’m her worst patient ever lol but tbh She felt like a sister to me, and she truly showed empathy. She always put me first and made sure I felt safe and understood throughout the process.
Everyone at the clinic was kind, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel completely at home. I didn’t even feel homesick once! The driver was punctual and friendly, always picking me up from my hotel to the clinic on time.
When I finally met my doctor, Dr. Eren, on the day of my procedure, he was so gentle and patient. Even though we had just met, he quickly broke the awkward barrier and made me feel comfortable I’m very sensitive to pain but he took his time and made it easy for me.
Now that I’m back home it’s only been three days I already miss Turkey, mostly because of the people. They made this trip such a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

I travelled to Istanbul twice to complete my dental surgery,once in may for five days and then again three months later in August. The treatment I received was quite intensive, but I am very pleased with the results, I now have a fantastic set of teeth and a great smile. The team looked after me from start to finish. A special mention for Safa who was my interpreter and guide throughout the process, great communication and told me exactly what to expect, translating live as the surgery was being performed. I was picked up from the airport in Istanbul and taken to the hotel, I was constantly updated on pick up and drop off times to the surgery via WhatsApp. The aftercare during my three month gap was also really reassuring with messages of support. Of course having such intense surgery does not come without a little discomfort, but no pain no gain. The team also provided me with all the necessary medication and support. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received from all involved and of course the results.

I traveled from the US to have a full mouth restoration. I had to make 2 visits 3 months apart. On my second visit I also had lipo 360 and a tummy tuck. The first visit it was my best friend and I but I traveled alone for the 2nd one. If I can say anything it’s TRUST THE PROCESS. I have EXTREME dental phobia. I was scared of doing this whole thing without sedation. I was scared I wouldn’t like the outcome. I was scared to have these things done in a foreign country but I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely LOVE my new smile. It is absolutely beautiful. My cheeks hurt b/c I just can’t stop smiling. The doctors and staff became my friends during that 2nd visit and Dr. Umer would not stop until my smile was perfected(my case was difficult due to a severe underbite among other issues). His goal was to make sure I was completely satisfied and I am. I am just as content with my plastic surgery results as well thanks to Dr. Mehmet SOL MAZ. Even with all of the amazing doctors and my amazing results there is NO way I can write this review and not talk about the true star, Safa! Safa made sure I did not feel alone. Safa was there for me from the time I arrived until the time I departed. Safa came to see me in the hospital(after my plastic surgery) and brought me snacks and kept me company so I would not be alone. My experience would not be what it has been without Safa. So thank you Lumia and most importantly thank you Safa for making sure all my needs were met. You have exceeded my expectations!! ❤️❤️❤️

Travelling overseas for full-mouth dental implants can be daunting, but Lumia Clinic in Istanbul completely exceeded all expectations and delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. I had the All-on-6 procedure done for both my upper and lower jaws, and the results are nothing short of life-changing.

From the moment we arrived, Saad—our main point of contact and translator—made everything seamless. His professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made us feel confident and understood every step of the way. Safa also played a crucial role, offering warm support and ensuring we were always comfortable and well looked after.

Dr. Hussain, our prosthetic specialist, showed remarkable skill and attention to detail in designing a smile that looks and feels completely natural. Dr. Erwin, the implant surgeon, was simply outstanding—his precision and care made what could have been a stressful procedure feel surprisingly smooth and reassuring.

To add to the exceptional dental work, Lumia Clinic also managed my eyebrow implant surgery during the same trip. I’m thrilled to say that experience was equally positive—handled with the same high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and care.

From the beginning, he was open to all my questions, offered honest and helpful advice, and made me feel completely comfortable.

Mr. Said works on your side—he even helps communicate with the doctors to ensure you get exactly what you want. His professionalism is outstanding, and his dedication to patient care is rare. While the entire team at LumiaClinic is excellent, Mr. Said stands out as someone who genuinely supports you every step of the way. I’m truly grateful to have had him by my side during my visit.

I finalized my one week visit @ Lumia Clinic today, May 03, 2025.
My first contact with the clinic was about 6 weeks ago after my friend recommended to give Saad a call.
I was so impressed by the first phone call with him!
His timely manor and professional explanations were amazing. I felt I was very important and all my questions and concerns got answered quickly. The estimate for my procedure was very fair and i knew I can totally trust.
I was able to move forward with his help to plan my trip accordingly and left the USA just 1 month later.
After arrival in Istanbul it was so easy to find my travel coordinator and driver!
I have to say the limousine was so comfy and beautiful after my flight! The Hotel was ready for me and located in a convenient location were I was able to safely go for walks and buy essentials.
The Breakfast and Spa was my special treat.
My first visit in the clinic that afternoon-finally I got to meet SAAD, with my personal assistant SAFA, who organized every little detail with such compassion!
She was always on my side for extra security.
We met my medical team of dentists and Safa translated everything. Even though the doctors all speak English(Just an extra layer of comfort)
Everyone is so professional and personal! Very different from past dental experience I have had!
All my procedure turned out very good and I really have a whole new feeling about my future.
My teeth are not only beautiful, they’re also medically well taken care of!

Saad coordinated the entire process, making it smooth and stress-free, offering clear communication and ensuring all my questions were answered with patience. From the moment I landed, I was greeted by a driver that transported me to my hotel in a luxurious vehicle. Hogir, the driver, was always punctual, professional, and courteous.
Upon arrival at the office, I was always greeted outside by the warm and friendly Safa, who made the entire 7-day process seamless and efficient. The office had a cozy, modern feel, and the atmosphere immediately put me at ease—definitely not the usual sterile, intimidating vibe you expect from a dental office.

My dentist Dr. Hussein was exceptional—professional, yet incredibly personable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, making sure I was comfortable all throughout. What really stood out was how he and Safa genuinely engaged in conversation, making the experience feel more like a chat with friends than an intense dental procedure. They offered tips on maintaining oral health that were personalized to my needs, which I really appreciated.Their approach was both professional and caring, and I could tell they genuinely care about their patients.

The hospitality throughout the visit was top-notch. Every team member I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and valued. I left feeling not only with a clean smile but also with a renewed sense of trust in my dental care.

I did my teeth (implants and full set crowns). It was over 6 month journey. I’m extremely happy with the result and the process. So many bad dentists out there but these people were excellent. Adriana is great assistance and made the process easier as I don’t speak Turkish. They are very knowledgeable and accomodating. Would highly recommend.
