The process was smooth. There are many categories to choose from. Was particularly excited on delivery.

I’ve emailed customer service twice. There was no response. I was attempting to return the hair. I received the wrong size.

Very happy with the results 😍

1. Delivery took forever, it’s from China.
2. Wig smelled bad
3. The hair density was too low, I might as well glue one string of hair to my head.
4. Customer service was UNRESPONSIVE when I inquired for a return multiple times.
I do not recommend this company!

I ordered blonde wig from Lumierehairs and it came very full with minimal shedding. I can’t wait to install and I will be purchasing again.

Ordered the hair it took 10 days to get here the ends are extremely thin and the color looks nothing like advertised! I’m extremely unsatisfied u could have got better quality on Amazon

The wig smell reminds me of tuna, and the density of the wig is not as thick as I thought it would be. I’m still inspecting the weave stitching. I wish that there was a faster shipping option. On a positive note, the color of the wig is very pretty, and the black headband appears to be attached well. Less density in the wig may prove to be a better option as it has been really hot in Alabama( I have frequent hot flashes as well). The wig also came with 2 different color headbands and a weft of blue hair (I think it’s a weft). Customer service is pretty quick to respond.

The hair stink so bad, that I soaked it and let it air out for over 3 months. The company said, “it’s the smell of their factory.” I may give it away because it can’t go on my head.

I received my order very quick and just in time for my graduation. The hair is very soft, doesn’t have a smell and gave very much 613. The only thing I would change about the wig is its density, it could’ve been a little more thicker, but overall I did love this unit!

I ordered a 613 blonde wig. It was a beautiful unit.. a little roomy could have been a little tighter. Other than that the lace was amazing, the hair took well to the hair dye I used. It was true to length and very soft and full… 10/10 I’d definitely buy again.

If I could give it a zero I would!!! DO NOT ORDER from this website! It’s been two weeks and I still have not revised my order after I paid $139. All it says label has been created. On top of that they will not issue my refund only $10 for the inconvenience! I will never order from them EVER again! Please do not order from them either

The shipping took a little time but it was under 8 days so that’s good.

The hair came as described. Wefts are well built and the hair is very soft, & very full. I just installed it today so we shall see how it does through the weeks, but so far so good.

This hair is not human had it in for 5 days it shredded matted and tangled

If you are looking for great quality hair that won t shead sotf lumiere hair is the place i highly recommend you guys to purchase your hair with them you won t regret it

Never received item no tracking status update or change in over a week

This is the second wig that I have purchased through your company. They are not good quality, they wear terribly do not look like the pictures of what I thought I was buying. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

The V part wig I ordered was way too thin and the hair quality is not good either.
