I purchased the red lighter belt therapy belt under a year ago. I didn’t use it often until recently and I’ve been having great results with the slimming until half of my lights randomly stopped working. I contacted customer service. They didn’t even try to resolve the situation, didn’t offer any replacement parts or anything. Just pretty much said too bad so sad.

Don’t bother. They’re exported in. Don’t work. Impossible to get a refund after purchasing you send back to UK but they’re imported in?
Waste of money. I took these for 3 months because I bought the wrong pack. That’s my bad but they wouldn’t take again back. I tried and took the finished them no difference what so ever.
Save you money don’t bother.

Pour ma part j'ai pris Lumilean lors d'un rééquilibrage alimentaire et j'ai perdu 6 kilos en 4 mois. Je n'avais aucune sensation de fringale donc impeccable pour moi qui ai tendance à grignoter.
Même ma prise de sang avait de meilleurs résultats.
Je faisais à ce moment là 2 séances de sport en salle de 45 minutes.

Pour ma part ça a fonctionné. Il est vrai que je voulais perdre tranquillement mes kilos et non rapidement pour les reprendre tout de suite...

J'ai fait une pause de 3 mois et là je viens de repasser une commande pour continuer à perdre mes quelques kilos superflu.

It said it hadn’t worked so I ordered again and they charged me twice, then I had to pay a customs charge of over £40
Absolute joke as never lost an ounce in weight and was taking for 2 months! Threw the rest in the bin so basically money down the drain, I wish there were reviews on here before I bought at the beginning of the year, could have saved myself a whole lot of money.

Like another review if I could give zero i would.
Not only is product utter rubbish and useless the company only care about taking your money and not helping you.
I followed the instructions and not an oz of weight after a month and certainly no more energy!
Contacted company for a refund at least on the returning 2 bottles that were unopened and they claimed after 14 days it was out of their policy well I replied I will take further as know the consumer rights act rather well and won't give up on these con artists. Please please don't make the same mistake as me. After numerous emails they now claim they never advertised stating Dawn French lost her weight using their product or that they had the backing of the dragons despite me telling them I clicked on the buy now from the false advert. After threatening legal action they have now agreed to refund but I have to pay to return remaining bottles that I shouldn't have to but at least it's something. If you have fallen foul of these dodgy dodgy people then don't give up. Quote the consumer rights act 2015. Good luck.

If I could rate 0 I would, I was hoping for more energy and nothing been taking every day for a month, there's no change in my energy levels or weight, think I should realise by now there's definitely no magic pill, I'm not overweight and used to workout loads and was hoping for a boost in energy plus a bit of weightloss ... but no, don't waste your money it's absolute crap can't believe I spent so much money, guys don't get sucked it xxx

Encore une arnaque malheureusement !!! Je n'ai pas perdu 1 seul kilo au contraire j'en ai pris 3!!! Je leur ai envoyé un mail et tout ce qu'ils ont su me dire c'est que tout que chaque corps réagissait différemment !!! GROSSE ARNAQUE

Pas besoin d’écrire des lignes, tout est dans le titre de mon avis. Après trois mois d’utilisation je n’ai pas perdu un gramme et mon comportement alimentaire n’a pas bougé d’un poil (fringales persistantes). Pour couronner le tout, Lumilean propose un essai gratuit, C’EST FAUX : quand on clique sur l’offre d’essai on arrive directement sur le formulaire d’achat et on n’a pas d’autre choix que de payer.
Ajoutons deux autres faits révélateurs de la malhonnêteté de la marque :
1- Il y a trois mois (quand j'ai passé ma commande) ils recommandaient 1 comprimé par jour, aujourd’hui ils en recommandent 2 par jour, ce qui leur permet de doubler leurs ventes.
2- Au moment de ma commande, la marque affichait sans vergogne la photo du célèbre Dr Michel Cymès pour faire croire que celui-ci recommandait le produit, aujourd’hui la photo a disparu (probablement à la suite d’une plainte de l’intéressé).
Passez votre chemin et économisez vos sous.

Au bout de 2 mois de prise de 2 cachets. Repas faits maison équilibrés et marches avec mon chien tous les jours et pilate 2x par semaine) pas de changement au niveau du poids et inconfort au niveau intestinal (impression de ballonnements pas très agréables) Pub qui promet 30 kgs de perte en peu de temps !!! En plus avec le même visuel pub on nous propose une autre marque Puriva !!!

I bought Lumi lean off aFB advert from Dr Hilary and the singer Adele. In March. £69 for 60 tablets. They came in an open package with no seel or instructions.
However I haven't tried them. I tried messaging and have had no response at all

Après 1 mois et demi de prise de Lumilean (3 flacons à raison de 2 comprimés par jour), je ne note absolument aucun changement au niveau de mon poids, ni également dans mon comportement alimentaire. Je crois aujourd'hui tout simplement que je me suis laissée berner par une société qui promet la facilité dans la perte de poids avec un produit qui, manifestement, n'a absolument aucune efficacité !
J'en veux pour preuve le fait que, à aucun moment durant ma "cure", la société ne m'a contactée pour avoir mon avis, ce qui, vu l'efficacité promise, pourrait être intéressant non seulement pour établir des statistiques, mais aussi pour continuer à convaincre les populations d'acheter ce miraculeux produit !
Hélas, la société sait bien qu'elle ne vend que du vent et, une fois sa vente assurée, ne se préoccupe aucunement des résultats obtenus !
À bon entendeur.... soyez plus malins que je ne l'ai été !

So overall, we would say, don't waste your money and just cut down on what you'd normally eat.

As with several other reviews on here, total waste of a LOT of money, and like other reviewers said, these actually made me feel more hungry, hungrier than I did before taking them. I tried to research this product before buying, I only wish I had come across Trustpilot reviews then and saved myself the hope of losing pounds in weight and losing all those pounds in money.
