Poor customer service and poor battery…

Advertising shows people doing activities which would indicate their eyes are open…once you receive the unit and read the instructions, it tells you to keep your eyes closed. Main reason I purchased was for the eye protection and not having to close my eyes. Have asked for permission to return and have not heard back.

was honestly a bit skeptical when I first started using this red light therapy mask, especially since my skin broke out initially. But after some research, I realized that this breakout can be part of the process, as the mask helps unclog pores. Now that I’ve stuck with it, I’m seeing a real improvement in my rosacea and even some subtle differences in the fine lines on my face. My skin feels healthier overall.

One thing I do wish it had, though, is a mouth hole, because it can get quite hot inside the mask. But overall, I’m really happy with the results and look forward to continuing my journey with it.

Best LED red light mask

Best LED red light mask! I was searching one that had the right strong frequencies and good enough for daily use and this Lumi has been amazing so far! I even got my mom one for Christmas and she loved it too. Very easy to use and effective with consistency. Highly recommend!

Purchased for rosacea

I am very happy with my purchase. First, I received the product so quickly, two days before I expected. This gave me enough time for a few treatments before I had to be gone for a week. The information states to use it for several weeks to see results, but I felt my rosacea calmed down after three sessions. It is very easy to use and comes with good instructions, but if you have questions, their customer service is excellent. I emailed them with a clarifying question and they responded the next day with helpful information. I feel I received a quality product at a great price.

Unreliable product and customer service

This note is in response to the comments provided by Lumi to my earlier 1 star.
This company has lied in their reply. They did. It offer to call to assist with the charging of the remote. They provided written instructions which were followed. The product is not reliable. I also did not refuse a phone call which was to discuss reimbursement of postage and duty as I’m in Canada I was unable to speak to them and request communication via email as I was travelling to Europe different time zone. They said they would refund the product cost and now they are rescinding even though the faulty product was retuned via ups exactly as a received. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand by their refund policy. This company is not trust worthy.

I had high hopes with this product…

I had high hopes with this product after reading the reviews.first order the remote would not maintain a charge, therefore I requested another one. The company requested I pay for postage to return the product. I did receive a second order which I appreciated. However the remote was broken, same problem. I will be returning it again I require to pay for postage without reimbursement. In the end I’m out of money for postage and duty as I’m in Canada. I have no product that I paid for. Lesson, by Canadian.

When an issue with the remote was reported, we immediately shipped out a replacement mask to resolve the first issue, and since then, our team has been actively following up to make sure everything works properly to ensure your satisfaction. We’ve reached out several times to guide you through the way of charging the mask and the remote, as in many cases it’s simply a setup step rather than a fault.

We’ve also been trying to schedule a call so we can walk you through the process directly, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to connect yet.

Regarding the return postage, international orders (such as to Canada) do involve shipping costs, but we absolutely don’t want you to feel out of pocket or unsupported.

To make things easier, we’re trying to schedule a call with you to address the situation. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could kindly reply to our email with a suitable time for the call.

Great experience from the start

The delivery came on time. The instructions were clear and easy to follow before using. The Mask is comfortable and efficient. I like that the voice calls out the time remaining and the Mask has eye shields that won't allow it to start unless your eyes are closed. It been just three days but I feel a slight difference in my complexion already. So far so good!

I’m using the LumiVisage led mask for a…

I’m using the LumiVisage led mask for a few months now and I definitely see improvement in my skin. My face looks more even and my acne prone skin is about to fade! The only thing is lacking for me is the straps, I can’t tight them enough to allow me to be mobile.
Besides that I am very pleased with the mask and happy with the purchase❣️👌🏽

Superior Customer Service

I had a defective mask that wouldn’t keep a charge and customer service handled it properly and shipped another out immediately.

Kind. Courteous. Prompt resolution. I can’t wait to try the mask. I’ll update the review once I’m able to try it for a few weeks! 😊
