⚠️ Beware: Avoid This Company at All Costs

I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company. Spent €60 and waited 4 weeks for delivery, with zero response to emails. Not a great sign of professionalism. Not a Irish company.

Did some digging and found loads of similar complaints. Not risking my face with their products given the shady vibes. Buyer beware!

Same experience as the other comments on this board. Waited over a month for delivery. Box says made in china. I could have got these from temu faster and cheaper. I sent multiple emails got no response and tracking link doesn't work.

I’m waiting 4 weeks for my order! I have emailed them on numerous occasions but no response. The tracking does not work. Do not support this company. They clearly have no respect for their customers.

I asked for a refund at this stage as I realised I had been scammed, however it was ignored! When package arrived it was from a UK address and the label was stuck over the Chinese one!

Bought from this company on the advertisement it was Irish based, it arrived by royal mail, An post is there postal stamp in the south of Ireland and i received a tracked 48hr royal mail uk delivery, on the parcel that arrived there returns address is 153 blakeney way, cannock, ws11 8ld, so i looked rhis up, no word of this company called Lumorae, no paper work inside parcel with details of order, on the back of the box of eye patches says made in China, stay clear

I have ordered eye patches believing it is an Irish company . Not yet received patches for eyes. Got e.mail mail addresing me as love. I immediatly knew something wrong . No professional company uses love. Looked up trustpilot and read all the bad comments. Will be afraid to use on my face with all the negitive comments.

So annoying. I bought from them as I assumed it was an Irish company. That’s what was advertised. But.. it’s from China. Have yet to receive it but feel totally scammed

This appaers to be a scam, order number does not exist, emails bounced back as email addresses not found when contacting the company. Edit- I have receiced my order approximately 20 days from ordering. Collagen night mask is Hoygi, eye patches lumorae.

Prepare to be conned... Did not receive Lumorae, packaging says Abib. Not an Irish based company product shipped from China. Do not buy warn your friends and family!

I'm quite disappointed that the product I thought I was buying was from an Irish based company, small business etc etc. When product arrived it's packaged differently with Abib collagen patches not Lumorae as advertised. Also no instructions for use in English on the packaging. Not an expensive product but feel duped that it was an Irish brand when clearly not!

Ads for this say Irish based company and it is not according to trust pilot
