If I could give this Zero stars I would! This site is a scam. Provided me with a tracking number for a parcel that was not addressed to me or my address. Refused to provide a refund as product had been "delivered" even after I provided them with the evidence from the courier that this was not my parcel.

You had courier evidence that the parcel under that tracking number wasn't yours, and you still got told "delivered" and denied the refund. That should never have happened. Once you sent the documentation, the case should've closed in your favor that same day.
If you still have the carrier paperwork, forward it to support@lumuwala.com and mention this review in the subject line. I'll reopen the case and push the refund through from my end. You won't need to re-argue any of it.

Ordered, paid, waited, nothing showed up. I'm sorry. That's a horrible spot to be in, and I don't want to leave you sitting in it.
If you can write to support@lumuwala.com with the email tied to your order, I'll trace the tracking on our end and figure out whether the parcel was actually scanned out, stuck somewhere, or lost in transit. If it's lost, I'll open the carrier claim from our side so you're not the one chasing them. Either way, you'll walk away with the product or your money back.

A tracking number that goes nowhere is one of the worst feelings as a buyer. You're left refreshing a page that says nothing, with no way to tell if the order is real or not. Sorry you had to deal with that.

If I could give a zero stars rating that is what would get. This company is total scam. Ordered product, got a confirmation number and fake link for tracking the shipment. The tracking number worked at first and then it stopped.
When you click on this link it says
error is says Not Found.
When I emailed my concerns get an AI generated response. Cannot get hold of a human and I am sure will not get a refund. I have started an investigation with my bank and hopefully if anyone else goes to this site and uses their card it will show up as fraud. Stay clear.

Our product has had unusually high demand lately, so fulfillment and support queues are currently backlogged.
If an order has already shipped or is a carrier delivery issue, we can’t absorb refund losses for that as a small business.

I went back and read the reply you got from us. You're right about it. It explains our margins, our shipping costs, and carrier policies, but it doesn't answer your three actual questions: where is my order, why is the tracking link broken, and can I speak to a person. That's a polished non-answer and I'm sorry that's what came back to you.
If you're willing, write to support@lumuwala.com with "Trustpilot follow-up" in the subject line. I'll look at the broken tracking link, pull whatever the carrier scanned, and either locate the parcel or refund you. Short reply, from me, no script.
Also, on the bank dispute, no need to pull it. Whichever side gets there first is fine. The point is that you're not out the money.

Paid for an order, got a tracking number that didn't lead anywhere, nothing arrived. Yeah, you have every reason to be furious.
Write to support@lumuwala.com with the email you used at checkout or your order number. I'll check what the carrier scanned on our side. If the parcel was never picked up or got lost in transit, I'll send a replacement or refund you, your call.

Order placed but item not received
Order placed but item not received. Call carrier to check and was told it was delivered, but to a different address that i had provided.
Contacted the customer support. Was told that they can change the shipping address if it had not been delivered. If it had been delivered, I have to contact the receiver to ask receiver to send to me directly.
This is unheard of in the market. Asking customer to resolve the mistake made by a seller.
Had asked for a refund. Doubt that they will process the refund. Literally a scam company.

You're right. Telling a customer to track down whoever received their misdelivered package is not a real answer. Once a parcel goes out under our label, working it out with the carrier is on us, not you. Whoever wrote that reply got it wrong.
Email support@lumuwala.com and mention this review. I'll contact the carrier myself about the delivery to the wrong address, and I'll process your refund in parallel so you're not waiting on whatever the courier comes back with. If the parcel turns up later, that becomes our problem to deal with.

The website is an absolute fraud, when the deliver say it is delivered. The package is being send somewhere else that isn’t my home according in the fedex. I contacted their email and they send a continuous rows of ai-like generated response instead of getting my questions answered.

Two things went wrong. The parcel went to an address that wasn't yours, and when you wrote in for help, the replies looked like a bot wrote them.
The second part bothers me more. You should've gotten a person on the first email.

I'll pull the FedEx scan history with the tracking number we issued you, see exactly where the parcel was dropped, and work with you on a reshipment or refund. The reply you get back will be from me, in plain words. No rows of generated text.

This company is a SCAM
I did not receive the items and they are not taking responsibility.
They will provide you a FedEx tracking number and when you try to file a claim with FedEx, the address doesn't match and so the claim cannot be filed.
When you contact them, they will give you some AI generated answers WITHOUT the previous email threads making it very hard to follow up.
I have lodged a police report and disputed the charge on my card.

Order didn't arrive. FedEx address didn't match yours so you couldn't file a claim. Our replies dropped the previous email threads so the conversation made no sense. And now you've got a police report and a card dispute open. That's a lot, and none of it should have happened.
Write to support@lumuwala.com and mention this review. I'll pull the full email history on your order, not just the last message, and read through the whole thing on my own. I'll also contact FedEx about the address mismatch with our shipper credentials. The refund I want to handle separately from whatever the bank dispute does. You're not getting charged twice, and you're not going to be the one chasing FedEx.

Total SCAM company, they charge your credit card, give you a fake tracking number, you get a message saying the package has been delivered when it hasn’t, when you email them to say you did not receive anything they then tell you to follow up with FedEx, who in turn tells you that the tracking number does not match your name or address so they cannot open a file claim and that you have to contact the seller!!
I have posted multiple comments on their Instagram posts calling them out on this and they keep deleting them. I believe this is an AI generated business whose sole purpose is to scam people by charging for fake orders and delivering nothing . I have initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with my credit card company. Do yourself a favour and do not fall into this trap. I wish I had done my due diligence before ordering.

Hi Colleen,
FedEx told you the tracking didn't match your name or address, so you couldn't open a claim. We then pointed you back at FedEx. That loop is the exact reason customers end up disputing charges, and I don't blame you for going to your card company.
The address mismatch is the part I want to look at. Email support@lumuwala.com and mention this review. I'll compare the shipping label we generated against what you typed in at checkout, then file the claim with FedEx from our end using shipper credentials, since that's the only way it actually moves. Refund on our side runs in parallel. If your card resolves it first, that's fine.
On the Instagram comments being removed, that shouldn't have happened. I'll raise it with whoever is running that account.

Marked delivered, signed by an "S. Sourav" you don't know. That needs a real look, not a brush-off.
Write to support@lumuwala.com with your order number or the email you used at checkout. I'll pull the proof of delivery from FedEx, including the signature image and the GPS scan if it was captured, and line it up against the address you submitted with the order. If the drop-off was to the wrong recipient, which from your description sounds likely, I'll refund or reship, your call.
You shouldn't have had to come here for this to get looked at,

Order says shipped, but I did not receive the package. I can’t track via Fedex because it shows incorrect address but in the receipt it shows that I have placed the address correctly. This company might be a scam. Beware!

The receipt has your address on it. The FedEx tracking shows a different one. That gap is on us. It usually means the shipping label was generated with bad data, either from a sync issue between our checkout and our fulfillment, or someone keyed it in manually and got it wrong.
Email support@lumuwala.com with your order number. I'll line up the receipt against the carrier label and find the point where the address changed. If the parcel can still be redirected, I'll do that. If it's already at the wrong door, refund or replacement, your call.

Lost package No Help
I ordered and received a tracking no. For FedEx - it says it delivered it today, which it did not. I can’t create a case with FedEx because of an incorrect address. Lumuwala needs to contact FedEx and see what happened, They don’t seem to be understanding that there is nothing I can do on my end to resolve this. At this point I would not recommend ordering from them unless they sort out their customer support issue.

You've laid out exactly what's wrong. When the carrier's record of the address doesn't match yours, you can't file the claim as the recipient. Only the shipper can open that case. That's us, and it should not have taken multiple back-and-forths for our team to figure that out.
Email support@lumuwala.com and reference this review. I'll open the FedEx case from our side with shipper credentials, request the proof of delivery and GPS scan, and stay on it until we have a real answer from them. Your refund or replacement, I'll handle separately so you aren't waiting on the courier's timeline.
