Pretty sure I've been duped by a Chinese scam. :( Placed my order over 2 weeks ago, have not received it. Now the tracking link and order link are no longer active. Do NOT buy from them!!

This company took my money and to daye has failed to send my shipment. I asked for a refund and will wait for the response to that email.

Its a communist China fraudulent company. China produces garbage. The company are in business to scam Americans because they despise democracy and our freedom. Everything other complaints have listed like added charges, non-existent customer service, no product received are true! The people on here saying its great are fake paid Chinese who lie to make money. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED! DON'T FALL FOR THEIR LIES AND SCAM!

The parasite cleanse exceeded my expectations. I'd wasted money on at least three similar products before finding this one. This was the first purchase that made me feel confident enough to reorder.

I would give it less than a star if I could honestly because the customer service is garbage I ordered like a dummy without checking reviews first and then once I seen everything tried canceling still haven't heard from anyone I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau because this isn't right refusing to cancel orders and things like that even though I sent it to the email that they specifically say to use in their comments back to all of these reviews and I even put the line on their urgent cancellation like it says to do still no difference

I ordered 1 lumvelle only wanted one but it came out my account as 3.I am still to this day waiting on it.I want a refund and can't find someone to help. The number keeps making me leave my number and name they will call me back. DONE LEFT OVER 5 MESSAGES.

Did not receive my order. $29.95 was added to my order which I did not authorize tried to cancel my order and ultimately called my credit card company to do the same.

I have just been scammed from them too! I’m a single mother of a child I can’t afford to have multiple payments taken! It was meant to be for £24.99 but then only gave me an option to add more so I clicked off it but now they have my bank details. What can I do to stop them

I ordered the parasite cleanse on 6/11/26.
Have not received it. Please cancel my order and process my refund and delete all unwanted and added subscriptions for any other products. I will not order again.

The experience has been surprisingly enjoyable. Everything feels convenient and easy to maintain which has helped me stay consistent.

they are scammers and every thing on their site is a lie they say fast ship,and then add to you order and same thing as you ordered at 2 X the price and say shipped but has not been and keep stringing you on they are Scammers with a capital S

I placed orders June 11, 2026 and the promise was that shipments were to be sent out in 2-3 days. It is the 24 of June and I'm still waiting. I will most definitely check reviews of companies in the future, as this one (and their several variants, it seems) have less than grand results. $142.60 isn't my idea of pocket change.

Delivery was slightly delayed but customer service kept me updated and responded promptly whenever I reached out. The experience remained positive despite the extra wait.

Scammed my wife. Added products she didn't want, and she couldn't cancel, as it stated she would be charged multiple times, Took random amounts from her bank account, stay well clear of this SCAM.

My mom bought some of their parasite cleanse stuff and they added extra stuff to the order and ran her card like 4 other times. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

My bank is going to help me getting my money back. NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. Customer service is bogus and they don't reply. They also subscribe you to something called "whop". Should have read reviews before purchasing (I usually do), but since I saw it on a Facebook group I fell for it.
First red flag would have been when I finished my order and I kept reading and if I wouldn't have and you don't click on some small print, they forcibly would upsell and charge you for more.

I was skeptical at first because there are so many similar brands online. What convinced me was the customer support team. They took the time to answer every question and stayed on the phone until everything was fully resolved.

They added extra items. I've contacted them by phone and email. No response. I am fixing to dispute the charge and turn them into the better business bureau for wrong practice. This site is a joke. Buyer Beware!!!!!

It is a scam, guys. Do not buy. China is at it again. It is not a US product as they advertise. At the end you will have no product, no money, no trace, no customer service to answer your queries. If you go for it, you would end up having to initiate a chargeback with your bank or wave your money goodbye.

Update: I sent you two emails already which you ignored. I asked for an urgent cancellation and a refund. Order 11936

Product is shipped from over seas and took for ever to get it. NOT a stateside company! Web site is very deceiving. Is product trust worthy? Probably not!
