Really good sale. Items came nicely packaged. Good communication about orders taking longer than usual but delivery was still quite prompt for this time of year. Would recommend and will buy again

16 days and haven’t received order.

Ordered on 14th November and it’s 1st December with nothing after being delivered. Can’t rate what I haven’t received. Only just received tracking to say it’s on the way but the courier hasn’t actually received the goods. So don’t order if you need something quickly.

Great products. Very happy with my purchase. Delivery took over 2 weeks which i thought was a little bit long.

Order took over two weeks to arrive

Order took over two weeks to arrive, I appreciate that it was during a busy time but still seems a bit excessive. After waiting this length of time just before it was dispatched I receive a email to advise that three products were now out of stock. I would advise for a better system going forward to manage your stock in busy times and to practice due diligence so that it doesn't happen to any other paying customers going forward.

Trying to support Irish but this is Not good customer service from a company within Ireland
It was only coming from cork to Carlow ???

Ordered from both Ella & Jo and Ayu the same day and got next day delivery with both
