Refused me of service because of a wrong nationality.

Deeply disappointing and unprofessional service by LunaJets.

The team was helpful during the flight search – right up to the point of payment. After that, everything turned into a rush for fast payment, with zero flexibility in payment methods and no customer-oriented approach.

Most shocking: LunaJets and the operator failed to check in advance whether a landing slot in Palma was even available. I had explicitly asked about possible risks due to the very short booking notice (2 days) and the announced strike. The LunaJets representative clearly assured me there would be no problem. That turned out to be wrong.

After payment, I was told I’d receive the briefing once the slot was confirmed. But I had to follow up myself – and only then, less than 24 hours before departure, was I told that the operator cancelled the flight due to lack of available slots. No alternative, no solution, no real support. Just a short message and a refund.

To make matters worse, the aircraft I originally booked was replaced after the booking, and suddenly other aircraft and prices were discussed. Nothing remained of what was agreed upon initially.

I’m now left without a flight, had to cancel all meetings, and lost valuable time. I am shocked at how unprofessional and unreliable this experience was. I’ve never experienced anything like this with other brokers. Never again.

Urgent trip request from UK-Romania as our Hawker was down. The Pretentious middle man asked full payment for a last min trip.

No info provided, no catering offered.

Solution, I simply hired a KA200 and am flying my clients for half the cost.

Beware they ask payment upfront don’t they Nathan, then when you ask any information on the aircraft or crew threaten to call the police. Don’t worry I’ve done the latter and CAA. I’m skiing with an inspector at Geneva tomorrow so watch this space you fraudsters.

Cannot praise the level of service from start to finish any more. Daniel was brilliant arranging the trip. The level of service from him was superb. Was a seamless experience from arranging the trip to then arriving at the airport and being met by his colleague Thomas and the pilot. Will be booking with LunaJets again!

Lunajets and especially Eriks Ziverts are completely unprofessional. He forgot to inform us that our flight delayed from 12:30pm to 23:00pm so once we arrived to the airport we found out that our jet is not even departed to Ibiza. They left us on a island for 10 hours and booked just 2 rooms for 12 people. Afterwards compensated just 30% of amount we had to spend to stay there.

From start to finish, this company ROCKS! Well, maybe it is our rep there (Augustin), but this is what going above and beyond is like! Been using them a few times now, and they are definitely one of the best out there. Staying up all night to anticipate and be pro-active on things outside of anyone's control if need be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I rent a jet for a big wedding anniversary of my grandparents last year. It was a great experience!

I contacted them to hire a private jet. Someone called me and asked about the info. He said they would get back to me with an update. They never did. I think they didn't have what I asked for due because they don't own their own jets. I knew they will not be able to do so from the employee's attitude. So I contacted another company immediately and booked my flight with another company. Poor customer service

LunaJets hat eine wunderschöne Ausstattung, ist luxuriös und die Crew ist super nett. Das einzige Manko was ich finde, ist, dass es nicht für jeden Geldbeutel ist. Ansonsten wirklich top!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Ich finde euch sehr gut. Bevor ich euch richtig kennengelernt habe war ich eher skeptisch. Als ich dann aber im Kundenservice war und mir alles erklärt wurde, war ich einfach von euch begeistert. Euer Kundenservice ist sehr gut!

Last July 14th I was informed that my already hired and paid flight from Pisa to Mykonos had been cancelled. To my surprise, I was informed of the problem without any solution from lunajets! when I approached the CEO: EYMERIC SEGARD by phone, I exposed my disappointment and the lack of an immediate solution, (lack of professionalism) he reacted screaming at me and total lack of consideration with a regular customer! So far I have not received a formal apology from LunaJets!

Habe mir ein Flugzeug gemietet und es für tolle Reisen genutzt. Tolle Online-Seite und nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr empfehlenswert!
