I am going to stay factual. This company runs by its own policy of resize or refund but doesn’t comply to UK consumer rights for money back when the item isn’t appropriate for you or isn’t as good a quality as you expected.
They had even led me to the first incorrect size by email. Their email interactions until this point was very warm, engaging & encouraging for me to try another size. Their response when I asked to return the second items arrived on the same day, for a refund, was no, that’s not their policy, gift it to charity.
I feel blind sided, mugged & left out of pocket.
It may or may not be suitable for smaller fronted (cupped) people, that’s not for me to say.

I found the sizing small and Lunara immediately offered to exchange the size. Thank you

I ordered 4 band-free bra tanks one size up from what i usually wear but unfortunatey they were to big.I contacted lunara and was pleasantly surprized to receive a quick reply and they are now arranging to replace my tanks .so thankyou for your proffessional service.

I ordered 2 of the Lunara Comfort bra’s. The size I ordered was too larger for me. I contacted the company and they got in touch with me in less than 24 hours. They are replacing the bra’s with the right size and I can keep what I have to donate to someone who they fit. Customer service excellent.

I was pleasamtly surprised at the very prompt reply to my email and happy with the solution offered.

I received my order and noticed the size was not what I expected also the sale was for buy 1 get 1 free, I ordered 3 and only got 3, however I emailed and got a reply within a few hours saying that a new order is been sent, I am looking forward to getting my tops,and will review again

I was greeted with courtesy and respect about my issue of ordering the wrong size! I was panicking about the whole ordeal. I was reassured my new size would be coming very soon and not to worry about the issue.

The level is service i received was amazing. Very accommodating to my needs
