The quality of bras are very poor. Stitches have come out as soon as I opened the package.

Awful!!! It took over 30 days to get product so I tried to return it right away and they said they could refund me $3!!!! I paid $41.00! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Plus no phone number for customer service. Only an email and it took forever for them to respond!!!

I ordered a handbag which when arrived looked different than one on the website - shinny and cheap. When I tried to contact the company for return I needed to write an email about the issue which was not returned. I am stuck with a cheap shinny looking bag that I will never use

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them—-not only do they send the wrong sizes, they try to con you into re-ordering, you’ll have to pay your own shipping and they don’t exchange anything unless you re-buy another item.

Ordered the butt lifter panties. I am a size M. I was sent a size Large. They were still like a extra small and did not fit. This is a Chinese company. I sent them an email, and they did reply quite quickly. They told me they sent me a L instead of a M, because the sizes run smaller in Asia. Forget about returning them. It cost more to send back. If I knew they were not USA based I would not have purchased. Waste of money, and time. Would not risk buying from them as the turn policy is terrible.

Do not do business with this company. My card has been charged. No product shipped. Asked to cancel order before shipping occurred. I no longer want product. Their solution is to wait until I receive order and they will reduce the original price by $3 dollars.

The style and sizing of the item, booty life undies, was unsatisfactory and you can't return it. Overpriced and long shipping time coming from China. A lesson learned to not shop there again.

Sizes too small. Way too small. Swim brief sized for a 10 year old, top sized for a 13 year old.
Bras much too small, sized for 28-30A, I sent measurement of underbust 38.5, over bust 43.5 which is 42:D
I need to return asap.

The panties are great quality, fit perfectly, offer good padding and are soft and comfortable. Customer service is excellent. I recommend this brand.

The size of the one item I purchased was incorrect and yes, the wait time for it was the longest I've ever waited for anything ordering online. Trying to exchange this item was more of a hassle than it was worth.
The company needs to work on an easier process. Emailing a comment for a return was not possible, the font was almost clear and there was no *send* option i could see. Having to pay the shipping cost again to and from wasn't right considering it was not my error.
In the end, the total cost of an exchange was more than the product was worth. Having to be approved is crazy itself. I didn't even bother with a refund. I didn't really trust i would receive any money back for all my costs and trouble.
Try a different company, this one is untrustworthy.

Back on April 28, 2025 I placed an order from Luna’s Wish and today May 25, 2025 I still have not received anything. I have written several emails to them and they keep changing the tracking number and now they are blaming it on the tariffs.

Don’t buy from this site if you don’t want to loose your money.

I ordered from Luna’s Wish on February 7. On February 13 I received an email informing me that my item was on its way. It’s May 3 and I have not received my item. I have tried numerous times to email them but have gotten no response. Never order from this company. My total was $54 and some change. I’ll probably never see my funds or my item. I’m extremely frustrated with this company.

I was going to order and reversed image searched (on google) the items I was planning to purchase. The items are on temu/aliexpress etc for a few dollars in comparison. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would not order from this company. I measured in inches and what I received was WAY too small. I wrote a scathing review because their return policy is for you to send them an additional $15 and they would send you a box to return it in. They offered to replace it if I'd remove my review saying their measuring system was the problem. I measured myself again in metric and it matched the label on the bra that was way too small. I think that they'd get their measuring correct if they wanted to do business here (the company is in China). They finally reimbursed me so I would remove my review. I modified it but still don't recommend this company...seems shady that they can't figure out measurements!!

This company misrepresents their return process. I ordered a bra for my mother in law, measured correctly and she could barely fasten the front closure bra and there was more padding then she prefers. Imagine my surprise when I received the following options to return for a refund:

1. Choose our resend service, pay $15, we will resend you a new package, the original package does not need to be returned to us, so you also avoid paying our return shipping costs. (This method is fast and convenient)

2. We provide you with a 20% coupon, you place a new order, we resend you a new order + the original order that does not fit the original order; the original order products still do not need to be returned to us. (This method can get discounts and correct incorrect sizes)

3. We provide you with our return address, you pay for the return refund (because it needs to be sent back to the Chinese warehouse, the processing time is relatively long, and you need to bear the return shipping fee, so it is not recommended)
We are really sorry that this shopping has brought you bad.

Do not do business with this company. I will just eat the cost of this bra.

I absolutely love the bra's I have ordered from Luna and I am ordering more again. I love the lacy bra's with the front zipper closing. I have 5 now and have just ordered 2 more.

I've purchased several bras and activewear from Luna's Wish and have always been impressed with the selections, as well as the attentive customer service. In May 2024, I Initially I was just looking for a stylish, but comfortable bra. However, when I received my first purchase, an embroidery floral bra, I was more than delighted at its beauty and quality of workmanship. So, of course I ordered several more from Luna's selections. I'm in the Midwest and delivery might take a bit more time than some other options, but purchases from Luna's Wish are worth the wait. I continue to purchase regularly. and received most recent order January 8, 2025, and continue to be impressed. I'm a true fan and a repeat shopper at Luna's Wish. I'm happy to provide this review.

I gave Luna's Wish 5 Stars, because of their excellent customer service, making me feel like a valued customer. I had ordered a bra which was to small.
(Their sizes do run small, compared to US standards). However, they've made it right and I ended up with a great product. The design of the bra is well thought out and is very comfortable. In, fact, I like it so much, that I will order the same product in the future, Their communication was very respectful and accommodating. I can recommend this company.

I thought I was ordering from Adore Me got sent over to Luna's wish took 17 days to arrive and it's not what I ordered. Impossible to get a hold of customer service or do a return. I hate their product and this company never ever purchase anything from Luna's wish

The items I bought were way too small. I have been trying to contact them via the "Contact us\ Luna's Wish, but there is NO SEND button.
