Although it was a hectic time for this small company getting US festival goers equipped at the tail end of the season, the lunchbox team took time to help this grateful (and very persistent) Canadian :) Thanks for the good vibes and for going above and beyond, even if it took some back and forth. I am in LOVE with my pack!! It’s thoughtfully and artfully designed, high quality gear which will stay in my festie essentials kit, and probably make an appearance for day hikes too. Shipping was fast, 10/10, big ups to the customer service team for making a this a reality in time for Wicked Woods in BC 🫶🏻 💖

Ordered 2 Lunchbox with phone tethers for Bass! The package shipped very fast- however the bag was delivered open & one of the phone tethers was missing. I reached out to customer service- and without any banter- the rep stated that they will be sending a replacement. Such a smooth process and great quality products! I cant wait to use my lunchbox, have peace of mind that my things are secure and buy more from Lunchboxpacks in the future!

Found on Instagram ad because the side refill caught my eye to make it easier to refill the hydration pack with a twist off cap and came with a clear bag,after ordering the shipping came fast I was worried because I wasn't sure if it was going to come in time for the festivals,one item was missing from my order and lunchbox sent it next day shipping which was amazing and such great customer service because I wanted to try out the extra storage skin for my festivals coming up this week,I can't wait to try my new bag at sick new world Las Vegas and EDC Las Vegas
