I am letting everyone that have purchases of the acorn ornaments and received acrylic disks push for a tefund.
I did this and have a full refund and get to get to keep the disks after sending emails.
Everyone ask for refunds.

I purchased the woodland animal ornaments and was extremely disappointed. This company is using totally false advertisement as what is shown looks nothing like the printed picture of the animal in a 2 inch round acrylic disc that’s 1/4 inch thick that I received. Ridiculous! Plus shipping took an inordinate amount of time. A total rip off…

This company is a RIPOFF . I thought I purchase 3 D Christmas ornaments and when they arrived they were 2D plastic pieces of crap . I spent over $40.00 . They are false advertisers! I wish I would have read the reviews first ! I tried calling the number that was on website and it went right to voicemail and haven’t heard a word back from them . Avoid them !!! How do you report this company?? These kind of ripoff artists make it hard for the legitimate ones that post on the internet. I will definitely read reviews BEFORE I purchase another thing on line . I will pursue this to get my money back !! Again avoid avoid avoid this company !!!!

Why hasn’t this company been shut down by now? They are definitely scammers. I ordered what I thought were going to be what is shown in their advertisements.
Not so! There is nothing about the flat acrylic garbage they sent . that even resembles those pictures. I certainly won’t use them as Christmas presents as planned because I wouldn’t even put them on my own . Not very happy I’d love to be able to get the word out to anybody else i thatmight be thinking of buying from them. DON’T!!! Company is Lunviam

I'm only writing this to help out the others that have been ripped off by this company. Yes, what you ordered is not what you receive. The company, Lunviam is based out of Hong Kong, but the address they provide shows it's in shows 2843 Marigold Ln Miami, FL. If you search for this website it states:
"The location appears to be a fictitious address commonly used in online consumer retail scams. It is frequently listed as the customer service or merchant contact location for suspicious web entities, such as the questionable online retailer economicalh.com and unverified Facebook marketplace pages."
I wanted to put out to you folks that got ripped off, that you can call your bank and get them to refund the money. They will investigate and see everyting I've said and refund your money and they go after them for the repayment of the money your bank repays you. This happened to me in the past once when I ordered something for my son who was deployed and instead of a 3D item, like in the ad, I received a piece of plexiglass with a sticker picture on it. I will also call Apple Pay to see if they can help, because I don't want them to get one penny of the money I sent them and want as many people as possible going after them. Regardless, they are in Hong Kong and no bank is going to go after them too hard when they have no jurisdiction overseas. Hope this helps you!! Blessings!

You are false advertising with your animal ornaments. What you advertise and what you send are entirely two different things. I would expect a full refund or I could report you to Florida Attorney General. Cheap cheap product. Printed animals on a wooden disc. Shame on you

Would give it zero stars if possible. This merchant is a total 100% fraud. Product is absolutely NOTHING like advertised.

If there was a rating lower than this, I would give it to this company. They are a pure sham! I wish I had seen the reviews first before I ordered the acorn ornaments as well. The ad shows these 3D/4D ornaments but you actually receive a less than 2" round FLAT acrylic ornament that you can barely see what the animal is. A total rip off, I wouldn't have paid $2 for any ornament that looks like that. Such a disappointment as a gift to my granddaughter.

Do NOT order from this company!! The products they show are totally false. I purchased the cute animal Xmas ornaments and they are nothing like the picture. Just a cheap piece of round plastic with a picture of an animal on it. Why would people[companies) be so knowingly deceptive?! I bought these for my grandkids but may just toss them in the garbage!!! GREED AT ITS FINEST

Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. I too, ordered the 3D acorn ornaments and received cheap flat acrylic ornaments. The company has not responded. It is a scam!

I ordered their Christmas Acorn ornaments thinking they were lifelike and 3D as show. What I got was acrylic cut outs and so cheap too that I had to throw them out. These guys should be banned from advertising this way!

I agree with the others. This is a scam. You think Grandmom will have this cute 3D ornament to hang on her tree, but what you get is a poorly photographed picture of the ornament in an acrylic disk. It's a small amount of money, but it's the idea of getting ripped off. Shipping cost $7.99 to ship in a flat envelope!

I would give it even a lower score if possible. Misrepresentation of item. No way to communicate with the company. No return policy. Do not waste your time.

Deceptive ad. Product shipped was not product pictured in the ad. Refund was offered if you’re not satisfied, but they won’t answer your email when you contact them (I sent 3 emails). I have filed a report with the FTC. Everyone should go to ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Complete rip-off do not buy from this shop. The Christmas decorations are nothing like advertised. They should be shut down false and fake cheap rubbish. Very deceptive.

DO NOT order from this site. What you receive and what is advertised it totally different. Advertised 3-D woodland creatures Christmas ornament complete with fur and received a cheap flat poor photo of the one I selected. Completely unresponsive to numerous requests for customer service to contact me. They don’t even have a phone number to call on the website

The beauty of the 3D forrest animal ornaments is wonderful. Fine detail, texture great size. Of course the actual product is a flat, 2D piece of plastic and small. The ornaments arrive in a very small plastic shipping bag with no return address. Over priced for what they are. Don't purchase from this site.

The products were not at all like what was shown in the advertisement. All it was was a picture inside a plastic ball. I ordered three and two came broken. The ball was cracked. I have written to them four times asking how to return these three ornaments and they have not replied yet it has been a month very bad product and very poor customer service.

The website depicts nicely crafted three dimensional ornaments and hanging chimes among other things. My mother purchased a set of small animals in acorns, and a hummingbird wind chime. The photos clearly showed 3D objects with texture. The photos of models holding them clearly display the 3D aspects. However the delivered items were flat 2D acrylic with a printed label on each side. The chime has a video where the 3D design is clearly visible and it appears to be stained glass. All of this is a lie. They skate on it by including in the product description references to 2D Acrylic construction.

My direct experience is based only on the windchime and the acorn animals, but I have no reason to believe that they are more honest in their depictions of their other products.

Buy NOTHING from this company.

LUNVIAM QUELLE ARNAQUE ! Pour avoir commandé 3 ornements de Noël en format 3D comme démontrés dans leur vidéo et recevoir plutôt trois petites plaques en acrylique avec photos, c'est complètement malhonnête. Comment se faire rembourser pour une telle tromperie (26,65 USD) ? Je m'en veux tellement d'avoir été bernée de telle manière.
