DO NOT SIGN UP OR BUY ONE TIME ENTRIES.

I BOUGHT ONE TIME ENTRIES AND THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS.

SCAM SCAM ...LESS THAN THIS Luny has been taking fees out of my Bank since January 2006 Despite my requests to stopI did not authorise this Would not touch this service

I saw no activity or messages of anything that was being deleted or anything that may be compromised. I was still getting a lot of scam calls and emails that were scams. I emailed for a refund and did not get a real person. I requested a conformation that my membership was canceled. I never got a response. After 3 days I called and found out that I would not get a total refund even though it says I have a 90 day refund. I only got a refund for the extras that I added. That was less than 1/2 of what I paid for the 1 year plan. I am not happy with this service.

Have been trying to cancel my membership for a month, no option on the website to cancel.. tells you to contact support. I emailed support to cancel and they responded telling me to think about it because I would lose my entries - no sh*t sherlock. I emailed back to say YES cancel, no response - 3 emails later - now considering changing my card to get rid of them. What a hassle! DO NOT SIGN UP!

Will not let you cancel. Requested multiple times through email but are still charging my account. Scam, do not join!

Their ads and website state that you can cancel your membership at any time. The website has no feature to cancel your membership. You have to contact support and then they do not respond. Scam.
