There was no box

I purchased a Louboutin Funky sling bag from Luosophy for a great price. The bag arrived (from Italy) in pristine condition with tags inside and its dust bag. The item was well packed, dispatched quickly and arrived quickly (there were a few glitches with FedEx tracking). Customer services were very helpful and answered questions promptly. The bag is absolutely fabulous and I’d definitely use Luosophy again.

I was skeptical at first purchasing from this company as I’d never heard of them before. Entire process was great. I requested a size change after purchase and they were extremely accommodating. Shipping was fast and my item was fantastic. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I can’t tell you enough how happy I am with this company. First off I was so nervous because it’s a company I’ve never dealt with and reviews can up in the air. I reached out through email before I purchased the bag of my dreams to see if they did trades and I received a response asap. Though they do not do trades the customer service rep helped me with a discount code to help me purchase my dream bag. I asked a few questions of concern and got answers then purchased my dream bag. I was told my bag would arrive within 5 days and I have the shop app which gives me a updated every day and shows me exactly where in the world my bag is at, and at every facility it reaches. I got it see my bag be shipped from Italy, then to Milan, then to the USA and then to my address within 5 days. I got it, it was packaged so carefully and it came with everything (dust bag, care cards and tags). I inspected the bag, took it to Neiman‘s Marcus and compared the bag they had to my bag I got, every detail was the exact same, I also got it authenticate for piece of mind and it came back 100% authentic. Honestly I couldn’t be happier and you will read some reviews that scares you and cause you to walk away from a great deal, don’t and give it a try! They are standing by their items are all authentic or they will refund you. To get a authentication done is what $10-$20? So why not!

I purchased a Fendi scarf for $200 less than the retail price that was selling all over. The item arrived in less than a week!

I purchased a jacket on their website. It was too small. I returned it and had to pay for the tarriff and customs fees . it cost me over $500. They can now sell the jacket to someone else and charge them for the taxes I already paid.

The shipping is delayed and after 11 days I do not yet have my order.

Never received my item which I ordered on the 26/12 it was a pair of shoes which were £604 it was Stuck in customs as the wring paperwork was sent with the parcel , know fedex had to return the package which they got back on the 5th December and I have not been refunded do not order from this company
