Travelled with them to Algeria in September 2022. In a nutshell, one of the best places I've ever been - and it certainly would not have been possible to experience all the things I did without such a competent company overseeing proceedings.

Interesting and well priced trip. Fast paced which suited the destination and the type of journey. The trip itself was first rate but some passengers were not fit enough for this type of travel resulting in delays and other problems for the rest of the group. There should be a bit more triage of potential guests when mobility is an important aspect of the journey.

I like booking with Lupine. They are always very helpful and friendly. The next trips with them are already lined up.

Generally a good trip—my 4th with Lupine. Really enjoyed the 4 Stans, the people, our small group (7 plus Lupine guide). Well worth going! However… I can’t imagine doing this trip in summer as it was still in the mid-30s C everyday—I would suggest Oct or spring. The hotels were higher class—mostly—than my previous trips, including a few with swimming pools! For some reason, we ended up with about 6 guides throughout the trip—all OK and the 2 we had the longest we’re excellent (Tolken, Adid). My only complaint is that there was way too much time spent driving—most days 4 hrs, some 6+ and a couple of 12 as well as the overnight train—which could have been a fun experience but the carriage we were in made horrendous noises and most of us barely slept a wink. I suggest cutting out Termez (and thus the train and a long drive) and flying straight from Samarkand to Dushanbe—also, take the train between Khiva and Bukhara which is 2 hrs vs 6+ hrs of driving. You might say that you see a lot by driving but Uzbekistan is entirely desert (and I like deserts) but day after day of driving through desert is not fun or interesting.

Had an absolutely fantastic time on the Lupine Syria trip - everything went to plan - got to see loads of things / places and fulfilled all expectations and beyond - great group size / great group / great local and Lupine guides - 5*s all round :-)

Really enjoyed tour of the 4 Stans with Lupine.second tour I have taken with them and won't be the last. Sascha was a great group leader so friendly and helpful and our local guides were generally excellent. One small gripe was the fact we had 3 guides in Uzbekistan. It would have been better with just the one. Also I would remove the Termez leg of the journey and head straight from Samarkand to Dushanbe. Hotels were good ( except for Termez).special thanks to Tulkin our first Uzbek guide and Sascha our group leader who did so much to get my daughter's suitcase back after Turkish airline's misplaced It! There is a lot if travelling in this tour so if you are not ok with that,this may not be the tour for you however it is so worth the effort

It was the best of times. It was the worst times...My time in Lebanon was definitely an eventful one. From the fiasco that is Beirut Airport to having to be ever watchful of the ever-changing currency exchange rate. There was a lot to see and do on the tour - the Jeito Grotto, the Lady of Lebanon, the views from the Teleferique cable cabs, Byblos Castle, Jupiter Temples, the Megalith, the visit to the air base with the option of helicopter ride, the restaurants (I'm going to name drop - Simar El Baher & Lakkis Farm). It was busy but not rushed at the same time. The tour guides were great, very informative and helpful, shout out to Pierre, Hussain and Robert. I usually travel solo, this was my first group tour, and I was pleasantly surprised, good to be around other seasoned travelers and hear their stories. Lots of things didn't go as planned for me but I was looked after and got home safe. Cheers Lupine!!

Went to Syria in 2022, the tour was comprehensive and included the major sites of interest. The accommodation was really good, and both tour guides very knowledgeable and helpful. Good value for money.

Lupine offers destinations many others don’t at very competetive prices. Dealing with them is easy and you get a very personsl service, not least because it is a small team handling the tours. The arrangements are great, hotels good, competent leaders and well travelled fellow travellers. All in all a great experience.

Great tour to Moldova and Transnistria. The Independence Day parade was very interesting and we felt safe/comfortable. Travel arrangements excellent and Robert was/is a lovely Tour Manager. Good value for money and we will use Lupine again.

I went to Lebanon with Lupine in August 2022, this being my second tour with them. I have nothing but positive feedback about the tour and Lupine themselves. The tour took us almost everywhere you could want to go in Lebanon and included some really unique opportunities, including flying in a helicopter with the Lebanese military. Lupine themselves are a great company who have top customer service and at very reasonable prices. Can't wait to book my next tour with them!

I have just returned from Lupine's 3 week trip through the Stan's.

The trip was well organised with plenty of sights and experiences fitted in. The food was incredible and the hotels used were superb.

The four countries visited are all very different and this made for some intriguing contrasts.

The local guides were well informed and very professional.

These trips attract an interesting variety of clients and we have made some firm friendships.

The trip was certainly good value and I can highly recommend it!

Fantastic trip to Central America. Lupine put together excellent itineraries to unique destinations with like minded people & I’ve always had great experiences on my numerous trips with them. I also love that it’s a family run business!

Lupine is the best out there for unique travel experiences. Each region is very different and they find the most unique experiences in each country they visit. Whether it’s the Stan’s or Central America each countries itinerary is exciting and unique. Cannot wait to travel again with Lupine again.

Had a fantastic trip in Iran with Lupine Travel. Our guide Niloo was a superstar -- enthusiastic about sharing Iran with her guests and ready to answer any question with a smile. Iran itself is stunning, and the itinerary takes in many of the country's 'greatest hits' between Tehran and Shiraz. Highly recommended.

This Sierra Leone & Liberia trip was my third with lupine & it totally lived up to reputations and my previous experiences. Have to add a word about the guide who really did in my opinion go above & beyond for each individual guest to insure they had the best trip possible.

This was my second trip with Lupine and, just like my first one, I genuinely enjoyed it. From the booking process to the actual trip, everything went smoothly. Lupine even helped me to get my visa for Liberia after I had already given up on it. The local guides were able to tell us a lot about their country, its culture and history and our tour guide was well prepared for every imaginable situation, easy-going yet super organized and always up for some fun. An overall amazing experience!

My second Lupine tour and it was just as good as the first! Nick is a superb tour leader, the local guides in Sierra Leone & Liberia were both fantastic and the places we visited/stayed were excellent. I'm looking forward to my next tour!

An amazing experience! Lupine has incredible destinations that would be really difficult to get to on your own. It's truly an adventure company, they get you out there having some wild experiences. I used to not think of group trips as something I'd enjoy, but Lupine trips are like traveling with well-traveled adventurous friends, and it's a lot of fun. Great and supportive staff.
