Prompt delivery

I was due to due a huge ride coast to coast and Lusso shorts had been highly recommended. I bought a pair of comfort break,paragon shorts in the sale and when they hadn't arrived close to my event I rang Lusso and spoke to Jody. She told me that they were short of staff currently and they'd be another week. I explained about the endurance ride and then surprisingly she rang me two days later to say she has pushed them through so they arrived in time! They were unbelievably good. 131 miles and 10 hours in saddle and so.comfortable I'm recommending them to all my fellow cyclists.

This is a review is on a recent purchase of a pair of new bib shorts. As I expected quality again and very comfy. Can't beat lusso for cycling apparel I always buy it when I need something new. The new ranges of stuff looks the part, so maybe looking at a fancy jersey. Thanks again 👍

Bibs are the best I've ever had. Much better than more pricier ones from well known brands. Delivery was also very quick.

Super service as normal from Lusso. Quick delivery and wonderful product.

I reported fraying/piling of cuffs and wearing surfaces ie entrance to pockets on performance winter jacket. Informed by Lusso that likely cause due to wearing velcro fastening gloves. This information was not in their product care description. They refused a refund or replacement under warranty, but a repair to cuffs. I am disappointed with Lusso and I will not recommend this product.
Be aware this material will fray/pile if in contact with velcro. For the money paid this material is not fit for purpose.

Paid £110 for Lusso, £90 for top of the range Van Rysel and £85 for Rapha Core. Got all three shorts within the same 6 week period and have put similar kilometres in each of them, all three brands featuring many 4+ HR rides in various conditions.
The Van Rysel are the best for fit and comfort; then Rapha just ahead of Lusso. Although the grey colour Lusso are the best looking, and the fit is as good as Van Rysel, the pad is slightly less comfortable than the other two and is possibly a centrimetre or two too narrow across the widest part at the back: when I feel behind, I would like a little bit if the thickest part of the pad extending slightly over the edges of the seat as with the other two.
The leg grippers are very comfortable and the shorts stay perfectly in place.
They're very good shorts, but you've set yourself up for a fall by claiming on your social media advertising, (that attracted me to the shorts in the first place, as well as a remembrance of the Lusso brand from way back in the 90s), that they're on a par with £250 shorts from competitors - not sure which ones?
In any case, you've been beaten by a Decathlon brand short that costs £20 less!
Although the short is a solid 4 stars, I'm giving you 3 stars for your misleading/delusional advertising hype.

Bought the Paragon jersey and signature bid shorts. First Lusso purchase and both the service and quality of the products are epic. The bibs are the comfiest I’ve ever worn and fit like a pro pair. I’ve spend many more pounds on other brands and they don’t come anywhere near. Will definitely buy Lusso again.

My husband has been struggling to find the perfect pair of bib shorts for a while now, and he's been having a lot of problems with chafing. He normally buys large, but lusso advised me for my waist size to buy a medium pair. He was really impressed with the quality and that perfect fit with no more chafing. Delivery was great 3 days it took, I would highly recommend these bib shorts to any keen cyclist.

The reduced offer price was compelling for the excellent product ( my third pair of Carbon Shorts ) which were easy to order, well packaged and shipped promptly.

Would certainly look to order from Lusso again, with the benefit of a discount, but slightly more reluctant at full RRP, where benefit/need collides with cost/budget.

At £80 .. I buy.
At £100 .. they tip into the " expensive " item and it is much harder to justify.

Great top, sizing is odd though. About 3cm shorter than all my other cycling tops.
It is described as 'Unisex' on the label, so might be something to do with that.
I'm 183cm tall, so wouldn't recommend for anyone taller. Bought size medium.
