I bought a $140 light advertised to be all copper and 12" diameter. Insted I received a 10" cheaply painted tin light. I reached out to Luvans. Anna contacted me and asked for pictures and shipping records. I followed up and delivered photos and all documentation. I was looking for a credit or the product I purchased in good faith. I have made several follow uos. Luvans ghosted me. The phone # on their web site is inoperable. I believe I've been scammed.

My experience with LUVANS was fine in all respects. I ordered 5 coccyx/sciatica cushions for my dining room chairs. The website was easy to use and I was able to find the cushions easily and at a very nice price. I will do business with LUVANS again and would recommend them highly. My new cushions are great!

I ordered through shop.com 2 pairs of chukkah boots of the same size and style (different colors). Shipped promptly. One pair was entirely too big - even with orthotic insoles inside the claim of being orthopedics - they’re not. My orthopedic dr said so. The other pair fit better, was a style similar not the same. I requested to return one pair, was completely ignored. I gave them away. The other pair lasted 4 weeks being worn no more than twice each week; the soul cap fell off. The end. Money thrown away. Don’t buy.

It was a quick and easy order and very easy to find the style of suit and color i needed. I really appreciate the service and how easy it was to maneuver the website.
