Not listening to a customer before or after installation
The fundamental matter is that we did not get what we expected in both the awning units and the installation, particularly interfering with our view and the company would not budge on this and decided to put this in the hands of the lawyers despite us trying to come to a compromise

I recently had an installation done by Shari at Cosmostyle and I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the staff who were very helpful and full of good ideas. My blinds and curtains look beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is in the market
