Beware - ZERO after installation support for faults
Purchased thousands of dollars of Luxaflex blinds through Ocean Grove Blinds and Curtains. All good until fault with installation of one of the blinds. Ocean Grove Blinds have ZERO after installation support to rectify their errors. In fact, they will just ignore your emails, etc. Should customers expect more -- HELL YES. Go elsewhere, you deserve better.

Fantastic service and product.
We had the team do block out and lighter blinds thru our home replacing old shutters. Marilyn guided us re which blinds, colors and materials and we were decided within fifteen minutes of her being here and then all our measurements for installation were completed. Michael and Riley came yesterday and could not have been more courteous or efficient! We are so happy with the blinds, they look great and are so functional! Very glad we went local with this family business, total professionalism from start to finish and excellent value ! Many thanks.

Absolutely perfect!!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ocean Grove Blinds and Awnings! From start to finish the staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable of their products. The day of installation went very well with the crew mindful and careful to ensure the blinds were working correctly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and Crew!

I ordered my Luxaflex blinds and they look fantastic. I enjoy waking up, opening up the blinds and relaxing with a cup of coffee and watching the beautiful views. I would highly recommend Marilyn and the team from Ocean Grove Blinds for the excellent way that they looked after me!! Thank you

The Luxaflex Smile
We are very happy with the Lumishade and Duette blinds we had installed. I smile everytime I walk into the rooms. The beauty and functionality of both styles has added value to our home. Visitors to our home are very impressed. The team at Ocean Grove Blinds were extremely helpful and wonderfully easy and pleasing to deal with, thank you Michelle and Michael and your great team members.

Michael & Marilyn at Ocean Grove Blinds…
Michael & Marilyn at Ocean Grove Blinds & Awnings Luxaflex were so helpful from the moment we walked through the door. They guided us expertly through the options available. Through their knowledge we selected Verishades for our living area. With views towards the bay, these are an excellent choice and look fantastic. Having had nothing on these windows, the look and the feel to the heat and cold is fantastic. Can't rave about them enough. In two of our bedrooms we placed blockout blinds with sheers and have a very classy, hotel feel. LOVE the looks that have been created!
