IT'S A SCAM!!
I tried to reach out to the support email that the order confirmation order offered, but the email address was fake.

I made this purchase 6 months ago, on June 9 and I never received it, I have written several emails and they no longer respond to me. This was a gift for my daughter in August and I couldn't give it to her.

On the page you say "If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do ANYTHING to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase", but apparently it is a publicity lie since they have not done anything for me to have my purchase or be satisfied.

Bruh I thought I was trippin when I received the usb light thing, I thought that was something I forgot I order, I was like wth is this, why on gods earth did I want this? But where’s my projector, did everybody else get there’s yet? What’s taking this so long, did someone steal my package? NOPE come to find out this is a scam, I’m low key hating Facebook for this too, that’s where they were advertising it. SMH P.S guys the usb is great for your car ceiling(; ur welcome

Total scam like everyone says. Misrepresented product which is NOT what you think you are getting... requested refund... was asked to be patient and now won't respond to emails. My son is away from home in the military and wanted to send me a gift. I will NEVER tell him this is what he bought and that he was scammed. So sad. At least he had good intentions!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are now called mygalaxycove, beware its a scam. I ordered a galaxy projector and got a USB thing that I did not order. When I emailed them about it they told me they would get back to me and to stay in touch. I would email them asking them for updates and they never contacted me again.

Don't be fooled, I ordered two and still haven't received anything. I wish I would've read the reviews first. I've been emailing for weeks with no response. So disappointed......

They took FOREVER to get here a whole month. I order 2 and I only received 1 I had to send a bunch of emails to get part of my money back that took about another month. It is cheap and a knock off. I should have ordered from amazon.

WOW IM REALLY SURPRISED WITH ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS. IT DID TAKE FOREVER TO SHIP TO ME, LIKE 4 OR 5 MONTHS BUT I RECEIVED THE LIGHTS AND WE REALLY LIKE THEM.

Never got my led strip lights, neither my refund. It's a scam. I've waited for 5 months and nothing. I emailed them like 10000 times and all I got is ,,Be patient, we have covid problems blah blah''.... IT IS A BIG SCAM.

Never got the products I ordered or a refund. They stopped answering my emails after I checked the post office and they said they never had an order with the given shipping number. They stole my money basically! I should have checked the reviews before buying anything from them. I wanted to buy from somewhere beside Amazon but at least they are dependable.

i give them less than one star. i placed an order for the projector and never received it. i emailed several times and they said it was delivered to check with my post office if i didnt receive it. the post office did not receive anything from luxavate. so i am out of my money and the item i ordered...I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Honestly I’m so unsatisfied with this product is false advertising and it took forever to get here it came as a freaking purple laser pointer and in the picture it was a whole projector with different lights and this thing doesn’t even illuminate half my wall smh I want my money back.

MINE CAME IN AS A LASER POINTER TOO. the advertisement had all different color settings and stars and this is straight purple laser dots on the ceiling 0/10 took forever to get here. Barely covers any of my ceiling and it’s not even a projector it’s a freaking USB just another way China is hacking into our items. I want a full refund. Or to at least be sent the right product. This is false advertising and my aunts an attorney for marketing! If I know this had happened to more than just me email me and we can file a lawsuit for false advertising and failure to satisfy customers and address problems. Bigcbabybell12618 Gmail

I wish I can give no stars the worse company ever. My daughter wanted these LED lights she found the ones she wanted , now I order them in May so they should of had Covid warnings on website nope nothing it says it's normal shipping. So first the only confirmation I get is Thank You for your order. So I wait a few more weeks now we in June the end of June , I hear nothing from them, ok it is coming from. China I will wait, so I sent email ha that was a joke now I get all theses oh do to Covid blah blah blah , so I wait another month send another email the same thing blah blah blah , I wait another month the same thing blah blah , then this time they say other companies like amazon having the same thing I am so furious

I put in a order June 8th and it’s been “delivering” to my apt since June 18th. It’s now August and customer service says my package will arrive. This service is so bad. Do not buy.

I didnt even get my package after 4 months its ridiculous I paid almost 25 dollars and didnt get anything 🙄

Omg I literally had the same issue w the girl who ordered it & it was a usb cord. They said it was going to be half a refund but I’m fighting for a full refund rn

I wish I could give it no stars. Please. Don’t purchase. I ordered a galaxy projector that was 39.99 originally and was on sale for 19.99. I had been looking at it for a minute. I waited and waited and when I was notified it was delivered in my mailbox I was a little skeptical because I’m thinking a nice size projector. When I got it out the mail, it was In this small square package. It was literally a usb cord connected to a laser like light and IT DOESNT EVEN WORK. I’m currently in the process of getting a refund and if they fail to do so, I’ll dispute with my bank.

I wouldn't recommend buying this. I have multiple light projectors, led strips and other features throughout my home from other companies and this was the worse. I bought the USB projector. It literally made me laugh when I opened the tiny packaging envelope it came in. It's tiny. Roughly, 4 inches with the cable lol. It doesn't cast the lights across the RM as advertised. Instead, there's just a single spot on the ceiling with lights measuring about 4 - 5 ft🤦🏽‍♀️ this will be cute at a cubicle at work or in a VERY small area but not in a normal sized RM by any means. When my husband walked in the RM, he said "what's wrong with it? Whys it only showing the lights in the middle of the ceiling??" Horrible, cheap and from China. It took Almost over two wks to come. Funny thing is, I saw this exact item at the dollar store months back😬

This is a total scam. I ordered LED lights and Galaxy lights, the LED lights came in cheap Ziploc bags and smaller than it said in the "Luxavate" website. I emailed them and said my Galaxy projector still hasn't arrived, but then they told me that only the USB lights are the real Galaxy lights.I DID NOT PAY $20 FOR JUST A USB LIGHT THAT SHOWS LITTLE PURPLE DOTS!!! I am very disappointed and I suggest you don't buy from this website because it IS A SCAM!
