Regarding one of the items in your order, it was unfortunately out of stock at the time of purchase, and we deeply regret the trouble caused by our oversight. We truly appreciate your kind understanding and agreement to change the design as a solution.

In addition, concerning the pearl necklace and knife, we sincerely apologize once again for the delay in shipping, which caused you worry and discomfort. We recognize that we did not adequately communicate the impact of Japanese national holidays and long weekends in a way that would be clear for our overseas customers.
