I would not recommend buying anything from this store. I had a very bad experience.

We ordered one product, but they delivered a completely different product. I spoke with a person named Danial about getting a replacement, but instead of resolving the issue, he asked for more money and did not offer a proper replacement.

The customer service and attitude were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being careful before buying from this store.

Thankfully, customer support reached out to me and resolved the issue promptly. I am grateful for their professionalism and quick assistance.

My husband ordered on 3/21/25. Took money out of our account. He finally got notified that it arrived, but we never got it! Tracking shows it was delivered like 5 miles from our address. We have tried to contact them about it or about a refund and no luck! Do not purchase from this company!

Product doesn’t work as advertised or at all really. It’s so cheaply made and the charging cable is like 6 inches so good luck putting anywhere and it plugs into the back of the fan. I requested to return the product and no one responds… of course. This is a fraudulent business scam.

I have emaild asking about how return these fans that don't even turn on. I can't anyone to respond. So these are not fake complaints.

It’s a scam. Please don’t waste your money with this fake company. I ordered my bracelet two months ago and didn’t get anything. They supposed to email me and update me with my order, I got nothing. THEY ARE SCAMMED

Det är en skum hemsidan.. De visa deras produkter som är en lyx och högt kvalitet men egentligen kommer de från den dåliga kinesiska kvaliteter!

Beställt två lampor. Bara fått ena. Försökt mejlat. Inget svar. Lurendrejeri

Beställning gjord 8/1-2024, 2-4 dagar skulle det ta. Idag den 20/1 har jag fortfarande inte fått några varor och paketet går inte att spåra i Sverige.
Har försökt komma i kontakt för att stoppa orden.
Skulle inte beställa från företaget igen.

Leveranstid gick från 2-4 dagar till 22 dagar. Dessutom kom fel storlek fram (tofflor). Rätt dålig service också.

När man tar bort en kommentar om att det saknas organisationsnummer och adress i Sverige vill man inte erkänna att man har dropshippingvillkor där det är i princip omöjligt att göra retur och där returkostnad är högre än varans värde
