Would give 0 star if possible. Sizing for male clothes completely off. Asked to return, which cost £20 and actual sent back to myself this week so was never delivered! Makes me think it’s not even a real company. Absolutely terrible- avoid, avoid, avoid!

Absolute scam. Fake goods and no way to return. Raise an issue with your bank and they’ll dispute. Save your time and throw your money out of the window. How this is accommodated and allowed to ship to this country is a mystery

Really poor customer service, poor quality products from china that literally fall apart after one use. Couldn’t get a full refund without sending it back to China at my expense ! Total joke and I got sucked in by a Facebook ad. Avoid avoid avoid.
Only offered a 30% refund after writing to them 7 times !

These goods are totally fake and the quality is awful. The returns info on their website states it will cost £2.50 to return but I bought 2 pairs of shorts for £55 and the postage to return was £26. I contacted customer services and they finally offered a 35% refund, but the shorts have gone to a charity shop.

Avoid this company like the plague. Counterfeit goods, poor quality and when you try and request a refund you are advised to send the items back to China where your items then get held by customs. Lucy although responsive on email has no intention of resolving.

Dreadful, it’s a scam. Waited 6 weeks for my shorts to arrive. They are clearly fake and the wrong size.

This site sells counterfeit goods. The item sent was of incredibly low quality and wasn't genuine.

The site makes you believe it's based in the UK, by referencing "free deliveries across the UK", but if you have to return anything, they provide a Chinese address.

The cost of sending is as much as the item, making it impossible to get a refund. And that's if they pay a refund; see other reviews.

I would not buy from this seller again.

Fake Goods. Do not buy.

They do actually reply on email and I managed to get 50% back.

So wish I had read the reviews. Terrible fake items & not even cheap. Currently in a massive dispute over getting a refund but like others, they are offering 'a good will gesture' part refund or I can return to China at my own cost, who knows how much that will be! Please don't buy from them!!!!

Unfortunately fell for the social media ads and purchased without investigating the company. All looked legit. Clear fakes. Poor quality. No option to return to china without paying massive fees. Offered a small percentage refund as a gesture of 'good will'. How is it 'good will' to sell people fake gear and not provide an option for them to get a refund.

As others said, the items are counterfeit. Sizing is wrong, no branded labels and when I insisted on a return they sent a return address in China.

I was offered a 40% refund and to keep the item which barely fits my petit wife but was advertised as a size large (men's).

They also claim to be a recognised distributor with 'all the certificates' which I've now asked to see.

Avoid, it's a scam.

If you Google Luxford-mode you'll find glossy Web pages from a company claiming to be 'based in London'.
This is a lie.
In fact , they are operating manufacture and sales direct from mainland China 🇨🇳
And that's where any returns have to be sent to ( at customer cost).
I ordered a Levis Mission style casual jacket. The item took weeks to arrive , from China, and is obviously a poor fake.
Do Not buy from this company. I'm getting a refund from my bank but only because I paid on a credit card.

Cheap knock-offs, no real returns available. A scam. Reported to Action Fraud in UK.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from this company, it is a SCAM. I waited a month for fake, dirty, unboxed ‘Adidas’ trainers to be delivered. When you try and return they give you two options: pay $40 to return to China (and risk having to pay customs duties) or receive a 20% refund. Trainers were advertised as ‘AD Premium’ at half price. Dishonest and now being looked into by Shopify to have them removed from the Shop app.

Never ordered from here but they have attached trustpilot scores at the bottom of their page which is obviously fake, as it says there are 800+ 5* reviews but clearly there isn’t. Also tried to find the clothes they’re advertising and can’t find them anywhere so they’re probably fake aswell. I would avoid, it screams of a scam
