Good response time clear and detailed answers and most importantly they take accountability for the product and service. My order took a bit to arrive only cause it was custom. But once it was made shipping was very quick - couple days at most. Product arrived in good shape and exactly as see on the website. Great quality product. Matched and exceeded my expectations. I selected my frames and sent over my prescription and eye distance measurements within 2 weeks of ordering i received them, and I am quite happy with the build, how they feel and look.
